Description of Work: We had a water leak from our ice-maker on our refrigerator and it got into the hardwood flooring. They had to sand and seal the floor twice because the first time was a screwup. Our trim was never taken off, they stepped onto our white carpet and stained it, and we were left with having to repaint all of our baseboards. Not to mention that when they sanded, they busted a tile on our kitchen floor, sanded the floor below the tiles, and left the floor wavy from sanding. I would never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. If anyone in my immediate area wants proof, I will let them see for their self as to how things were hacked at a high price. I also recommended to our insurance company that for what was done, the cost was probably three times as much as it should have been. We had our floors laid and sanded and finished by a very reputable company before, and IIRC, the price was $1900. I won't list that companies name as this is not what this is about. I do know that in the future that if I would ever need to re-sand and finish the floors, that I am screwed because of the job that was done, and many a board would need to be replaced. And these were solid oak boards that had only been finished one time. I honestly believe that since the insurance covered my project that there was some serious price gouging going on.
