Description of Work: I paid MIKE SPEARS, owner of this company, a total of $3350 out of $4000 to purchase and install an above ground pool in my yard on 4/7/11. He was supposed to build the first week of May but because of the rain he was unable to do it until the first week of June. However, he called me and informed me that he did not want to do the work and he would send the pool back to the warehouse and refund my money after the company sent him a check. That would take three weeks. Come to find out, he had never even ordered my pool. He had spent my money and had no intention of doing anything for me. After many threats and interference from his associates (not from his company but from people who he had done work for in the past) he did manage to barrow money from them and was able to deliver it. However, I did not have anyone to install it and so it sits in my driveway, in the middle of June....two months later. I over-paid for the pool because I had paid for him to open/close the pool, as well.
