Inspection was thorough but I didn't feel like the inspector knew everything that he was doing. I asked a couple of questions, and I didn't feel like the guy answered adequately. He said some of the outlets were out of code, and when I asked him to explain what needed to be done, he didn't really give a clear answer. I'm a civil engineer by trade so perhaps there is bias involved. Bottom line is that I'll probably look for another home inspector if I needed one again.
Description of Work: House inpsection, radon inspection/certification, and termite testing.
