+ -1 moreIn and out quickly, the service performed was bad. First time using carpet masters had a good special going on. They did a good job in some areas that were bad. I started moving in furniture and noticed coke like stains that were still in the carpet throughout the bed rooms. I was able to get them out with hot water using paper towel? Think they went through too quickly, I think if they would have spent a little bit more time treating instead of spraying the treatment and steaming it right a way they would have done a better job if they would let the pre-treatment settle in more? The hose left marks on the walls. Overall quality was sacrificed here, probably wont refer them or using them. I guess you get what you pay for. Could have done a better job myself using a wet vac and hot water.
Description of Work: Performed carpet steam cleaning on 3 bedrooms, hallway, and living room.
