We used AlphaOne to install a privacy fence. Problems that we had with this company include: 1. Dropped off supplies in our driveway and refused to move it to the back yard even though it was difficult to fit both cars in the driveway. 2. Told a start date was Monday, didn't start until Thursday. Told the process would take 3 days but actually took 3 weeks. *they claim due to lack of materials, but there was still materials laying in the yard. 3. Employees constantly late, on the phone, or sitting on my patio furniture smoking. (I have pictures from the security camera but can't figure out how to share them here. 4. Told someone would be by to fix uneven posts several days ago and no one has shown up yet. 5. Left mess for us to clean up. Overall the biggest problem was being told things and not following through with their word. Which is listed on their website as one of their core qualities. Our fence looks nice other than the uneven posts, but the experience was so stressful.

This company did a very good job replacing my roof. I was experiencing a leak and the sales rep. suggested I go with a full replacement instead of a repair as my house had multiple layers of roofing materials. I am glad I went with the full replacement as the leak was stopped and I have not had any issues since. Only took them one day to complete what I thought may take multiple days.

Quoted a week to complete but it took over two months

Im happy to write this review in the result of a job well done. AlphaOne Exteriors replaced all of the siding and roofing in my house and I couldn't have gone more smooth and stress free. Jamie and Jarrod are simple to work with

They took the time to make sure attention was given to every detail from planning to clean up with a fair price. We couldn't have asked for a better wooden fence!

Alpha One was prompt and professional completing the work on budget and ahead of the proposed schedule. They did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. This was the first ever application of stain so there were a couple of thins spots, but nothing to complain about. Alpha One did a superior job ensuring the paver patio and paver wraps of the pergola had no stain on them and we truly appreciated that effort. Great company we'd definitely use again in the future.

Work was completed ahead of time. No surprises with the bill. Company owner/managers kept in touch throughout the entire process.

Jamie and Jarrod of AlphaOne Exteriors offered to do some painting on our house. They were polite with their offer and understood the painting job I had in mind. The high peaks of the house were something I could not reach to scape and paint. I described the problem and showed them all the areas I would like to get repainted. AlphaOne provided a very fair bid on the job. I had painted for years and the price they quoted was extremely reasonable. The job entailed pressure cleaning the areas, removing old Christmas light nails, scraping and sanding. The areas were then given two coats of Sherwin William exterior paint that would match the current color. Jamie and Jarrod started the job the following the day and had all the areas prepared. The areas where they worked were cleaned when they were done and there was no evidence of the old paint on the ground, sidewalk or deck. They came back the next day to paint. They had to use tall ladders to reach the highest point and did so using extreme care. They had the proper tools to do the job safely. Drop cloths were used to prevent any paint from spilling on the roof or the ground. They applied the two coats of paint and the trim and window look like new. There was no evidence AphaOne Exteriors had worked on the house. Jamie and Jarrod did a great job in cleaning up and leaving the areas where they worked untouched. They treated this house like it was their own. I would highly recommend AlphaOne Exteriors for painting and cleaning projects. I have been in contact with them since for my other painting needs. It is a pleasure dealing with a very respectful business.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and finished product. Owners were accessible and very responsive any time we had questions. There were several days the crew was not on site right at the time they said they would be, but they got the work done and it seems to be done well. Though they're a newer company, they had knowledge and attention to detail that impressed us. We would recommend them and hire them again.
