The house I just purchased had a significant mold issue in the basement. I knew this when I purchased the house. Mitigation of the mold was priority one when we moved in because I have lung issues and the mold was toxic for me and because we were not able to put anything into the basement or garage until the mitigation was complete. I had multiple quotes for the work, and i will admit that All Serv's quote was not the lowest bid. But they were able to start the work the very next day and the other bidders could not begin for at least a couple of weeks. Chip came the first day and placed air scrubbers and fans in the basement and sealed it off from the upstairs. He worked on the basement for two weeks doing demolition, cleaning, applying anti microbial products and painting. He even painted the wooden stairs, which he could have left as is (they had carpet on them before but the carpet had to be removed due to mold) and the garage walls. When he was finished I had a mold inspector come in and do another inspection to insure that the mold was gone. The inspection passed. There was no further trace of the toxic molds that had been there before. Due to the nature of the problem, I hope I never have to hire Chip again. But I do recommend him for anyone who has a mold issue in their home or business.

He was very professional and incredibly nice. He explained everything and let me turn off the fans so I could sleep as long as I kept them on during the day. It ran for three days and dried up everything. It was very stressful and he made it much less so. He is very kind and he explained everything so I recommended him to everything. He also gave me other flooring tips such as the line that runs from the ice maker to the water supply usually breaks and is a slow leak. He told me to watch out for it and replace it.
