Description of Work: these window were a little more pricey then other windows we had installed this year, ever with the discount they offer. All - Seal always took care of any concerns we have with no problems |We went with another company this last time because of the price difference even with the quality of the windows seemed equal

Description of Work: 15 new Sunrise vinyl replacement windows in white, 1 Provia fiberglass french door, 1 Provia fiberglass entry door, and removed 1 door and walled it in. | |Mike and Nate did an excellent job of installing and reworking certain areas of our 95 year old house. They were both very personable, respectful, and professional. They also did a nice job cleaning up.

Description of Work: I have signed with all seal to put in windows, doors siding and gutters. I cancelled out on the gutters thinking I was going to get better gutters and they let me out of the signed contract with no hassles. Two days later I realized I was deali.g with an obnoxious firm and all seal went to a lot of trouble listening to me vent. I then resigned with all seal. They are really good to work with and will actually listen to customers concerns. This is very important to know they will pay attention to what customers are saying

Description of Work: We have used AllSeal at least three times, twice for windows and once for a door. They were always professional and did excellent work. The first time, we had most of our windows replaced. They did the work and cleaned up after themselves. The salesperson told us they would do any repair work for any reason for as long as we owned the house; years later, it turned out that after some years, per our contract, certain repairs were not free but costs were pro-rated by age. This was definitely not our impression from the salesman, but I have to say in general they went above and beyond our expectation of customer service from anyone else. They have always been courteous when service is needed, and though it may take awhile to get parts, or they may have to try again for the proper parts, their service people are very good. The second time we used them was for an entry door, and though it was tough to fit, they did a great job. The third time we used them was for more windows. Same story- excellent job, good quality products, clean work, and fine service afterward. Prices on all of the above were higher than other places, but considering the long-term good service, it was worth it. I trust them.

They did an okay job. They did not put in enough insulation between the extra door casing and the wall when they installed the doors. I had them come back out and redo that. They also did not put enough screws into one of the doors. It is a sliding door and the frame would move when the door was opened. I was not really happy with that and ended up fixing it myself. I don't think that they did a good job on installing the doors.

Description of Work: All Seal replaced 14 30 year old windows in my home with new double hang windows. They arrived on time and had all the windows done in 5 hours, and cleaned up well. I have been very pleased with the quality of the new windows. It feels like I have a whole new house! All Seal is probably a bit more expensive than other widow companies, but the reliability of the product and the company is worth the price.

A window installed in the 90's had the glass replaced because the seal had broken. They honored the scaled-down price in our contract. Grace, the service technician, is always very helpful and professional. She also supplied us with some parts for older windows. Service is always good, although ordering parts can take quite some time, like weeks. At times the wrong parts were sent but they eventually get it right, and are service-oriented in the meantime. Prices on new products are high but bear in mind that they stand behind the products.

They haven't yet done any work. The windows are on order. The estimation was very smooth. It was a very positive reaction when I spoke with them. They had replaced previous windows in the house and that's why we chose to do the rest with them. The previous owners had done that so we chose to keep with the same company. They were very professional. Their sales manager came out. He was very professional and very patient. He was very willing to explain the options and go through the process with us. They were pretty quick to come out. Right now I would hire them in the future.

Everything went very well. The company was on top of everything and did a great job from start to finish. I think the door was a little overpriced, but I would rather be safe than sorry. The door has a lifetime warranty and the blinds have a 10 year warranty. If anything happens to our screen from our dogs or anything else, the company will replace the screen at no cost for a lifetime.

We love our windows and All Seal is a wonderful company to work with. The installers were great and very professional! We had a few problems that were not directly the fault of All Seal and they took care of everything very quickly. They truly stand behind their warranty.

ALL-SEAL DOES NOT MARKET, EXCEPT BY A FEW SIGNS, YELLOW PAGES, AND WORD OF MOUTH. THEY WERE THE LOWEST COST OF THREE HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANIES AND THEY HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED ON-TIME IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION, A FEW MINOR REPAIRS WERE NEEDED ON THE WINDOWS. ALL-SEAL CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND FIXED THE WINDOWS, FREE OF CHARGE, AS STATED IN THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
