They are very unprofessional and the quality of the work performed at my house was absolutely horrible. The photos I am posting speak for themselves. I should have known that I was doomed from the start when the crew showed up to my house for work on the first day looking and smelling in a very unprofessional manner. This was addressed in the beginning and didn’t occur after that. However, 90% of the time they showed up late and were extremely unorganized. I was trying not to be judgmental and wanted to give the young men a chance so that I could refer them to my other peers who were also looking to have renovation projects done. This weekend I discovered several concerns such as the door frame being hung crooked preventing it from closing, issues with drywall, and the lighting not being secured to the ceiling. We tried to contact the owner multiple times via phone and text message and finally today we received a very rude and highly unprofessional response from the owner (Gabe Johnson). He stated that we should have addressed all of the issues in the final walk-thru and that he explained how call backs work (which none of that happened). He also stated that he would have someone here in 30 days to address the issues. Thirty days is unacceptable considering the ongoing issues we have had with this project. When I responded and told him that this was unacceptable and that I would be elevating the matter, contacting the BBB, and posting a review on social media, he responded with a thumbs up emoji follow by “Like I said I will get someone out there within 30 days”. This is absolutely not a professional way to respond to a paying customer. Regardless to all of these things, as an owner of the company you would think that Gabe would take pride by performing quality work for his customers. I do not like posting negative reviews because it can be very detrimental to any company. However, in this case I felt it necessary to warn others before they choose to spend their hard earned money with All For One Contractor, LLC.
