Bryan and his crew did a great job for a fair price. They take pride in the work and service they provide. They are also very friendly. If I need plumbing work done again, I will have them do it. I highly recommend them.

Brian and his crew worked diligently and were able to complete the job in about 1.5 days. Would hire them again. They made sure the line was hooked up the first day so I could run water down the line.

How did it go? It didn't. I talked with Brian (owner) on Monday March 27th, explained the issues and we set up an appointment for Wednesday March 29th 3-4pm for him to come by to give an estimate on the drain extensions. Rather than replacing the tank parts, he suggested replacing the whole toilets as a more cost effective option. (?? Interesting.) Brian never showed up, did not answer when I called on 3/29 to confirm our appointment, and never called to reschedule or apologize for wasting my time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had asked him to call before he was on his way (as most companies/contractors do) as I wanted to make sure I saved him a trip if anything came up and I was going to be at home. I know how valuable a company's time is. He took my number and made the note. No call. No show. I waited a couple days in case before writing a negative review in case there was a valid emergency or just a human error. However, it's 3/31 and still no response. Unacceptable. I question how credible Angieslist ratings are. An "A"? really? I know there is greater weight given when work is done however in instances like this where the company fails, there needs to be greater or at least equal weighting.

Highly dependable, honest, professional and excellent workmanship. A rare find for the Pagosa area! I considered 2 other plumbers before chosing him. He came highly recommended. He replaced all the plumbing in my home after finding out during inspection that I had Kytech plumbing which was recalled. His price was more than fair from what I have heard from the area. He was the only plumber that was creative enough to replace plumbing with the least amount of damage to the tubs and walls. During this repair, he was honest with what he found and allowed me to attempt to re-use a visibly damaged water heater. After hooking it up, it had to be replaced and he did not charge much xtra to replace it. I have since called him back to install my new dishwasher and fix several small plumbing related repairs. I will not use anyone else, and I wish all the repair people in the Pagosa area had his skill and integrity.
