+ -1 moreMy experience with them was excellent. We had three people bid the job and they were not the lowest but the were not the highest they were in the middle. I also know a couple of other people that had work done by them and they came highly recommended so we currently went middle of the road. The salesperson who came out was real nice, he explained everything really well. The owner of the company came out and he did the final measurements for the windows after the salesperson and he also came out afterwards just to make sure that everything is done correctly. They cleaned everything up very well. I cannot really find problems with the job that they did for us, everything was pretty much approved on my side. They did really well. If I had anything else to do, like if we actually do the siding I would probably call them back in to have them do that. They did a really good job. It was nice to have the owner involved and have him come out too. I have actually recommended them to a couple of people, including family members.
Description of Work: Affordable Siding Works did some window replacements for us. They did all of our windows in the upstairs and then they did some soffit work on the outside of the house.

+ 1 moreMy 35-year-old aluminum siding was in sorry shape. At the February Home Show, I came across the small booth for Affordable Siding Works, and talked with Butch, the owner. I got estimates from several other companies, and Butch's was the lowest. I don't always go for lowest price, believing you get what you pay for, but Butch gave me confidence he would do a good job. He responded quickly to my questions via phone or email. He let me know when the crew would arrive, and when there was a weather delay, he called to tell me. The crew of three (all family members) started work on Thursday while I was at work and stayed working until 7:30. They were out Friday and Saturday and finished up on Monday. They worked hard and as far as I can tell did an excellent job. The clean-up was meticulous. Butch made sure I was happy before asking for payment. He also emphasized that if I had any issues I should contact him immediately so he could take care of it. My old house looks wonderful now! I would recommend Affordable Siding Works to anyone in the Dayton OH area.
Description of Work: They removed the aluminum siding and gutters, and installed vinyl siding, soffit, facia, and spouting. They also removed the old aluminum storm windows and put up new storm windows.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY THAT I HAVE USED BEFORE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB FOR ME. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WORK AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED.
Description of Work: THEY TORE DOWN THE SOFFITS AND AFTER ANOTHER COMPANY RE-INSULATED IT, THEY PUT UP NEW VINYL UP.
