Description of Work: The good: when crew showed up, performed tear off and shingled roof in 1 day. very professional and covered deck and landscaping before work began. Afterward, crew member even went around yard with magnetic broom to ensure no nails had strayed. mowed yard 2 days later and only found 1 nail and a couple plastic caps from tar paper nail down. The bad: promised roof completion within 10 days...2 weeks later, shingles delivered to roof...15 days later crew showed up unannounced, at 6:15 a.m. I know rain and emergencies may delay work, but communication on Advance Construction's part really needs improvement.
