Description of Work: Removed three sweet gum trees, pruned 4-5 other trees. They also ground the three sweet gum stumps and 5 other stumps in our side yard. | |It took awhile to get the work scheduled. But they were there when they said they would be, and wasted no time getting the work done. The arrived around 8:30am and were out by noon. I don't think there was a single leaf left behind. They did a great job cleaning up.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, this place did not work out. I learned they were in Tipp City, not Dayton as the address above suggests, and I was out of their service area for mulch delivery. I specifically searched for places within 5 miles of my home, so I'm not sure why I would get some place in Tipp City, or why the address above does not match the phone number.

Description of Work: The tree removal was very well done. They had some challenging areas to tackle -- working around power lines and existing fence posts; heavy ivy. Two very tall maples were removed from the corner of the yard. A smaller maple was removed from the corner of our detached garage. They removed a burning bush, as well. They also removed two runs of chain link fence at my request. They pulled posts and hauled away all debris. Clean-up was well done. My only concern with the service is that there were no discussions on payment ahead of schedule -- and there was no contact made between the time the estimate was provided and the time the service was conducted. We waited approximately six weeks for service after agreeing to have them do the work (which was fine; we were alerted to the chance that it would be awhile). However, there was no further contact until the day before they planned to come out to do the work. It would have been nice if they'd have given us a heads up as to potential target dates or where we were falling in the timeline. This would have helped us prepare our work and home schedules around their arrival. I rated professionalism a bit low; a foreman was very nasty to workers during their time on the job. He was nasty and used foul language which could be heard in neighboring yards while he was in a lift bucket. Some neighbors complained about this to us.

Description of Work: Tom Miller the owner of the business was very nice. His company treated our ash tree for the Emerald ash borer. He also removed/ground stump of a medium tree, planted two new trees, trimmed 5 other trees. It took a little time to get on his schedule but thing progressed well after that. I thought his price was reasonable and would use his services again.

Description of Work: AAA examined all our trees, advised on the health of the trees, made recommendations for improving the health of our Pin Oak tree, and performed the tree health improvement services for that tree. | |I could not have asked for more! They provided excellent, timely service. The company is now my "go-to" experts for all things tree related.

Description of Work: Pruned/deadwooded a very large maple tree. They did a fantastic job on the tree and cleaned up completely after done. They were very responsive and professional and I will absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: I called for the estimate and spoke with the owner, Tom, who came out within 3 days for the estimate, it was a fair price and much lower than a previous estimate. He was professional and knowledgable. He was not pushy or trying to sell me services I did not need. When I asked about stump grinding (I had a 40-50 ft pine tree cut) he gave me options I could do myself rather than paying to have the stump ground. He and his staff who came to collect the payment were very courteous. I would reccomend them again and will use them in the future for my other tree care needs. As far as the actual removal of the tree, they were out the day after the estimate to have it removed.

Description of Work: Tom came out Thursday, gave us a fair quote and finished the job the next day. Three black walnuts and an ash. He had some guys come out on Saturday and all the wood was gone by 3p. Tom was upfront, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would recommend him and his crew to take down your trees.
