+ -1 moreI CALLED THIS GUY BECAUSE WE HAVE A BUG PROBLEM,HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND CALL BEFORE HE CAME.HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP.DEFINITELY NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD.IF YOUR SITUATION IS URGENT,THIS GUY IS RISKY BECAUSE HE IS UNRELIABLE.

+ -1 moreRich is great- he doesn't use scare tactics, he's very thorough, and he was very understanding and helpful. He took time to explain everything to us and assure us that, indeed, the infestation would go away. We asked him to look around and recommend treatment for any other problems he saw, and he found and treated for carpenter ants. I will definitely be calling him for spring extermination. Haven't seen a spider since he sprayed the interior. Hoping it stays that way! I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Rich came when we discovered an infestation of huge spiders in a rental home we recently moved into. He was able to come the same day to spray the inside, and he came back when it wasn't raining to take care of the exterior.
