+ 0 moreThey did a great job on the mulching with one exception, when they edged my flower bed with a trimmer they got to close to the siding on my house and took a small chunk out of it. I called and was told they would take a look at it and take care of it. Well weeks went by and nothing so I made another phone call and was told no one used a trimmer to edge the flower bed which was not true because you can see the trimmer marks from the line on the side of the concrete. Another call was made and this one was ignored and not returned till I was called by accident instead of another customer so I asked again and I was promised it would be fixed. This happened on March 26 and it has never been resolved. The mowing was acceptable because they used a trimmer to get areas the rider didn't get.

+ -1 moreServices rendered were ok. The leader suggested they come back and clean our flower beds out and then put mulch down and this is where the probably occurred. I feel we where over charged for the mulching

Description of Work: We have a rather large wooded area in our backyard. Adam and his crew put in Fat Albert spruces, a Redbud tree, forsythias, sand cherry bushes, knockout roses, and vincas. They also put mulched, weeded, and edged. Adam was very personable and knowledgeable about the plants and bushes that I wanted and offered good advice where I needed it. The crew worked diligently and cleaned up the area before they left. Adam responded in a timely manner to my calls and kept my in the loop if there were any changes. I'm very impressed with the work this company does. The owner even called and asked me how I liked the work. Looking forward to working with them again.

+ -1 moreI did not have any dislike about them. When they came out and did the estimate, they let us know about how long it would take to do the work. They showed up on time. They were polite. If there are things to be corrected, they come back and do it. They have done things well, and they made sure we are happy with their service. We did not have problems with them.

+ -1 moreThey came out in the 20 degree weather to get it done before a deadline I had. I really did not expect that. They also did a really nice job, were timely and professional. I compared prices with another mulch company and they were the same.
