+ -1 moreThe work is guaranteed. My husband may call them back as we are having some pop-ups on the computer yet. Otherwise, it did seem to speed things up as far as the computer working properly. We were satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: One of our computers had what was apparently a spyware problem, and he did some cleaning up on it.

Description of Work: I needed to have my computer repaired. Transfer files from one computer to another. Basic computer problems.

+ -1 moreI called them on Monday afternoon (10/01/07). They were polite and competent and asked me to describe my problems. They told me Sable would be at my home at 9:30 PM on Tuesday (10/02). At 7:40 PM Tuesday, Mr. Sable McCloud called, identified himself, and inquired whether it would inconvenience me if he came at 8:00 PM: if so he would come at the scheduled 9:30. He arrived at 8:00, competently and quickly performed his work, and restored the performance to like new or better. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions superbly. He is a highly articulate, broadly educated, and experienced man.
Description of Work: They diagnosed and rejuvenated an incredibly slow Pentium 4 computer exhibiting bizarre behavior and freezes. They also installed additional 512 K memory at my request and recommended against 1024 K which I initially asked for (as it was not cost effective on this machine).
