carpet cleaners, floor cleaning
+ 0 moreI'm a property manager and have been using A&D Carpet Care for the last 8 years. He's familiar with all of our properties, and it's a simple matter to call and set up an appointment. He's polite and professional, as are any employees that come along with him. We have never had a complaint about his company from any of our tenants. He does a great job, and is available in emergency situations to do water removal in instances of flooding too. He's very honest. If he goes out and sees that even with cleaning the carpets will not be salvageable, he will call and let me know instead of doing it anyway just to get a paycheck.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning and stripping and waxing tile floors. I listed the price as $100.00, but it depends on the size of the unit.

+ -1 moreTHEY CLEANED THE CARPETS VERY WELL. THE MAN THAT COMES TO DO THE CARPET CLEANING IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, SO OBVIOUSLY HE IS GOING TO DO AS GOOD OF A JOB AS HE POSSIBLY CAN.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE CARPETING IN THREE ROOMS.
