Description of Work: I asked the plumber who came to the house and drilled (a larger than he said it was going to be) hole in my bathroom wall: If he would call me in and I could see the corroded pipes he described to me. He 30 minutes later went out to his truck and showed me corroded pipes in a bucket, stating that these pipes were in my bathroom. It couldn't have been, because I had a little leak and these pipes had big holes in them. I must look stupid or something. Now I have huge defect in my bathroom wall. He just put the dry wall back in, as he told me he would. The leak was fixed, I just do not know why he didn't show me the corroded pipes in my wall, save that there were no corroded pipes in my wall. He could have done it going through the hole under the sink hidden by the vanity, that's what I think. I will never call them again. |

Description of Work: Very pleased with plumber, Dave. Recently moved into new condo. Plumber resolved problems the builder failed to resolve. Reset toilet, replaced sink drainer basket that was causing a leak under the sink, and tightened and caulked faucet in bath tub.

Description of Work: We had the A/C tune-up and system check which is part of our two part yearly maintenance program we purchased. They did the furnace check last March when our system was shutting off. They came back, at no charge, to replace some components that were still under warranty. Excellent company!
