Description of Work: I live in an apartment and my landlord hired them to replace our roof. Several items were damaged badly by the subcontractor. A member of A Abel, Dave,immediately came out and assessed the damage. A Abel/Dave, found exact duplicates for items and replaced them. The subcontractor had poor customer service, but the actual A Abel guy was great and said measures were being taken to improve the subcontractors customer service. I can not speak to cost or quality of roof because my landlord did that ,but A Abel Dave kept his word and made good on damages.

Description of Work: I had a running toilet and a running urinal. Both were fixed effectively after 2 hours work, including going to get a part. A flapper for the toilet and the plastic internal workings of the urinal were replaced and the cost was $450. I called the company to ask details of the charges, as I thought the charges were excessive. I was referred to one person, then another, then was told they would discuss with the technician and get back with me. They never called me back. I would say if cost is no object, and you don't mind lack of accountability or follow up, use this company. They did fix the running toilet and urinal.
