I called on Saturday afternoon, and they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. The two technicians showed up around 8:30am. They got right to work, and I had hot water again by 11am. They were very punctual, polite, and professional. They did a great job.

I requested a plumber to give me an estimate to repair or replace my water softener and was told the trip charge would be $49.50. After the serviceman diagnosed the problem, I asked if a leak was coming from the softener or the A/C unit. He told me he didn't know anything about those but he said the leak was coming from the A/C unit and continued to try to locate the leak and make a possible diagnosis. Although I appreciate him looking at the unit for me, he told me he didn't know anything about it and I did not realize I was being charged by the minute. When I objected to the bill of $149.50, the supv agreed to take off $50 for the time spent looking at the A/C unit. The time charge is in addition to the trip charge and I was not told during my initial call. Time charge for this company is $100 per hour. Perhaps I am living in the dark ages but I think this amount is excessive. After further research, I found I can get my softener replaced at a lesser estimate than $1100 to $1300.

They have many options you can choose from. They have different maintenance schedules you can sign up for based on your needs. They have air filtrations systems. The staff seems honest and not apprehensive at all to answer questions.

They were prompt and professional. The representative was a little too chatty, but he seemed to do a good job. They didn't really follow up like they said that they would, and there was a little bit of confusion on follow-up prices. Overall my experience was okay.

They were very experienced. One of the gentlemen that headed up the company had been in the business for about 40 years. Because removing a well pipe is somewhat dangerous they brought a bunch of people out to do the initial extraction. I was impressed that they had enough people to do the job and that they knew how to allocate their resources. They knew exactly what they were doing. I thought they were excellent.

I called A Able Exterminating (formerly Allied Termite & Pest Control) on Monday, and received an appointment for Wednesday. Chris was here on time and promptly killed most of the hive the first day. He came back a few days later to hit it again and kill the remaining few. The work was all done from outside. We were very pleased!

The former owners of our house had three small dogs, and there were some pet stains on the carpet. Also there were black marks in the living room from a recliner. We had the carpets dry cleaned, and all of the spots and stains came out. The technician was very professional, and worked efficiently hard to get a thorough cleaning done. The carpets looked like new when he was finished. We will hire them again for this service.

When the tech arrived I showed him that the light was blinking 9 times indicating a bad hot surface igniter. He insisted the igniter was good and that I needed an entirely new computer board at a cost of $400 and $75 for him to find the part even though he did not do any troubleshooting of the furnace. I declined his advice and called another company which came out and replaced the igniter and the furnace worked fine for about $100. This was clearly a con attempt, or supreme incompetence. I will never call them again, and I suggest you don't either.

Nick came for the estimate and he listened to all the complaints/problems we were having. He then recommended a plan of action and 1 day later mailed the estimate (he also called to let us know it was on its way). He arrived with an assistant, Sam and they informed us of each step (as we had questions). During the whole process we knew what was happening (we don't really understand plumbing), why and how they were correcting the problems. These men cleaned up like it was their own house, hauled trash away, and were very professional, as well as mannerly. The only complaint is that company policy does not allow employees to accept tips, which was something we felt was necessary due to the quality of work and character of the men.

I thought they were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and wore shoe covers so they didnt mess up my carpet. Even though I did think they were a little on the expensive side, their work and the unit was worth the cost. The guys that came out explained everything very well. I would recommend them for sure.

Cals had repaired our old system until it was beyond repair. At that point, I met with Cal and agreed to the estimate. They installed the new system and its worked perfectly since.

THEY WERE THE MEDIUM PRICED BID THAT WE TOOK. THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EDUCATE ME ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE TO DO. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND IT WON THEM THE BID.

WE DIDNT NOTICE A DIFFERENCE RIGHT OFF THE BAT, BUT NOW WE SEE A DIFFERENCE. IT STILL IS NOT CLEARED UP, BUT ITS BETTER. I DONT THINK THE PRICE IS REAL FAIR, BECAUSE IS NOT CLEARED UP, AND WE STILL CONTINUE TO PAY.

I THINK THEY WERE EXCELLENT, AND I WOULD TELL OTHERS TO USE THEM. THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK ABOUT A TINY LEAK, THEY CAME BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY.

THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON TIME. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS AROUND HERE. THEIR WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND CAME EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB OF INSPECTING BOTH THINGS. I WOULD SAY THEY IMPRESSED ME GREATLY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.

I LIKE THAT THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. WHENEVER I NEED THEM THEY COME. I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DO.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. THEIR WORKERS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL. THEY ALSO HAVE A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE TO WORK IN THE WINTER.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY AND THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH. THEIR PRICES ARE PRETTY REASONABLE DEPENDING ON THE JOB PERFORMED. I LIKE THIS COMPANY AND AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ONLY USE THE PARTS THAT ARE MANUFACTURED FOR THAT FAUCET, SO IF THEY DID NOT HAVE IT THEY WOULD NOT USE A UNIVERSAL PART INSTEAD THEY WOULD GET THE PART FOR IT.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH ABOUT THEIR JOB. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ON ANOTHER OCCASION AND WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROMPT AND SEEMED TO BE VERY FRIENDLY.
