The installers showed up at the appointed time. They were very efficient and kept things neat. They returned the second day to complete the installation. We are very pleased with the carpet and the installation.

This was caused by a leaking condensate line form our overhead air conditioner. This company is a prefered contractor with Angler Construction. It was much simpler to have theri sale rep bring samples to our home rather than have to run out to 2 or 3 carpet stores and get sample and make a decision on style, color, etc. This took a lot of the work out of it for us. This was a pleasant experience for us.

The estimator, and crews, always showed up on time. They performed the work in an extremely professional manner.

The salesmen were wonderful. They spent time with me. The facility was clean and neat. They are so individualized. I am so happy with this company. The are more than amicable. They go out of their way to help. They take their time with each and every customer. They are the consummate professionals. The company is family owned. They are an amazing place. They even include padding at no extra charge. Every other place I went to, charged and didn't even have the same quality as A-1. They are thorough and do beautiful work. They were always on time. The workers were a dream. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am not an easy shopper by any means, so I don't take service lightly. I feel so lucky to have found a place like this.
