+ -1 moreI was glad that the company started with the simplest solutions, but had other things to try. It would have been nice not to get into a monthly service arrangement, but since the mice keep coming back and I don't want to get rid of the ground cover, I think this is a reasonable solution. I also didn't want to kill other animals. The technicians that have come out have been easy to deal with and our only problems have been with billing confusions but those were mostly at the beginning. The monthly $40 charge is to come out to maintain the bait stations, which we had to purchase separately. Two of the four bait stations have been broken (they stopped locking and the bait was stolen right away). We have used the current system for about 3 years and have heard no mice in the walls -- neither have the cats.
Description of Work: This company started treating my house when we (actually our cats) discovered mice in the wall. The company found mice were making their home in our attic insulation. Although our cats probably keep the mice from entering the house, it still creeped me out once I could start hearing critters in my wall! Originally the technician tried to help us find & seal entry points plus he put traps in the garage and bait cubes in the attic. The mice would seem to be taken care of, but then months later would come back. He next suggested outside bait stations to stop the mice before they get in, but squirrels carried those off and chewed them up to get to the bait (it must be really yummy). The small stations were replaced with much larger ones that can't be carried off. Bait is checked monthly and replaced as needed.

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS A FEW PROBLEMS WHEN WE FIRST STARTED USING THEM AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT AND SPRAY AGAIN. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR TEN YEARS SINCE THEN AND THEY HAVE KEPT MY HOUSE BUG FREE.
Description of Work: THEY SPRAY ONCE A YEAR FOR INSECTS. THEY ALSO COME OUT IF WE HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH INFESTATIONS.
