I am so pleased with the professionalism of which the crew utilized on the job. They worked tirelessly to ensure safety and completeness of the job. It doesn't look as if a tree was ever there! They cleaned up impeccably and I would most assuredly call them again for any tree service. In fact, I mentioned before the last guy left that I had a limb in my back I'd like taken down. He said I should have mentioned it and they would have taken care of it today. I didn't have the heart to say anything after seeing how hard they worked. He said, he had another job in the area coming up and he would get me then. If you need tree service, by all means do not hesitate calling 3N!; I'm glad I did!

My husband and I researched companies to remove two trees in our back yard. We reviewed 3 and 1?s information and ratings and also found that support hiring of retired military personnel. My husband is also retired military so we decided to check them out. Setting up an appointment for an estimate was quick and easy, and the estimate was quite reasonable. The three workers that cut down the trees were very polite, professional, and skilled. They cut the logs into manageable pieces and even stacked the branches for easy loading. We are quite satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend 3 and 1?s services to anyone.

3n1 was great! I had previously gotten estimates from other Arborist (who gave great information about treating my ash trees) that were more expensive. I called and 3n1 had an estimator out that afternoon. Other places I called couldn't schedule me for at least 8 weeks out. They were here 2 weeks later and were extremely efficient and professional. They cute the wood to a manageable size and stacked where we asked. They cleaned up exceptionally well and since the job turned out easier than before I was charged a lower rate than my estimate. Very happy with their service and will be using again as we have many more dead trees on our property.

They arrived first thing in the morning as promised and proceeded to remove the large tree in the back using a bucket truck. The tree was in a tight spot since it was located between my garage and my neighbor's garage and next to the fence. They trimmed up another tree in the back with one large branch that needed attention. They then moved the bucket to the front and trimmed up a large tree in my front yard that needed some cleaning up. They cut-up and stacked the smaller logs I can use in my fireplace next year and ground-up and removed the small branches and large tree trunk. They did a great job of clean-up and were extremely fast and efficient. It would have taken me all weekend to cut up that many branches and limbs. My neighbor was so impressed with them, he hired them to cut down a tree in his yard. They also beat the price quoted by other tree services that gave me a bid.

First of all, the owners are a husband and wife team (husband in the field, and the wife is in the office), and they are wonderful people. The young man was thoughtful, courteous, and very professional; the wife was kind and accommodating in every way, and even moved the scheduled "felling" date ahead by a couple days with plenty of notice for my preparedness. The crew that came out consisted of three men, and they did such a professional job, I still reflect upon it today. Each tree fell right where they wanted it to fall, the stumps were ground deep, and the clean-up was thorough. I watched them work for quite a while, and they are truly the finest of urban lumberjacks. Very impressive to watch due to the quickness in which they worked, and the team work they displayed.

The professionals from 3n1Tree services removed two big trees and stumps from our property. They were most cordial and professional from the beginning, finished promptly and left our property clean. They came, they saw, they conquered! I interviewed at least four companies before calling this one. Some spat and swore and climbed up and down the hills in our valley-wonderland, stubbing out their cigarettes on our property and acting like they owned the place. Others were polite but thought we could afford to just cut them a check for their services. This company was polite (all of them, not just the boss) and they understood that people like us pay for large purchases with credit cards. (They accepted credit cards.) Originally, the job was bid for them to take down just the Ash tree and roll the logs down the hill as much out of sight as possible. Before they had a chance to come, I called and asked if they could also take down the Thorn/ locust tree. Then they got here and the owner asked if they could take their bobcat down into the valley, making it possible for them to haul the tree carcasses up out of the valley to be taken away to a nearby land fill at no additional cost. I said okay to the bobcat. He had to cut himself a road down into the valley to make this thing happen, which meant he would take out some small, eyesore-type trees and brush that I'd wanted removed for a long time. He did it, then carried those huge pieces of lumber from the Thorn and the Ash out of the valley with his machine. Each tree chunk was easily 30 or 40 inches in diameter and 12 -15 feet long. He said each piece was probably 1,000 pounds. Using his bobcat, he hauled away the piles of brush from the other contractor so we wouldn't have to look at them anymore, as well as chipping up the brush he and his crew had created from cutting down the two trees. Their machine broke down, so they had to split the work into two days, but they were very accommodating about our schedule. They allowed us to pay just $1000 for the first portion of the work, so we wouldn't worry about them possibly not coming back. That (more than) covered them taking down the trees but having to leave the lumber lying around our valley like a sawmill or a logging camp, which is about what our yard would have looked like if they hadn't brought that bobcat. On the second day of work - about a week after the first one -- they chipped brush, made mulch and covered their path in our valley. They also were very good about cleaning up the street so our neighbors wouldn't be upset about the clods of mud on the pavement. Their price on the ash tree was identical to the one given to us by the guy who expected a check. They only charged our neighbor $260 to take down the top half of a rotten old 2-foot-diameter tree in their yard, hauling away the brush and cleaning up the yard afterward. (I'm sure the price was a bit lower because they hadn't had to make a special trip for only that tree.) If you're going to have your little corner of heaven invaded by a bunch of guys with chain saws, these are the guys you want to have! Terrific!

Outstanding service. Arrived on time, went right to work, they were fast friendly and detailed oriented. They pointed out issues and took care of the items within the quoted cost. The put top soil on the areas where the roved the stumps. They cleaned up all debris and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. When they gave the estimate they provided paperwork that they had liability and workman's comp insurance. Estimate was perfect and I took advantage of $200 off angie's list member. Plus they provide a one year warranty on work HIGHLY RECEOMMEND and WOULD use them again

They arrived as expected, both for the estimate and for the work, were friendly, and got the job done quickly. They removed all debris and raked before they left.

I called them for estimation, they sent estimator very quickly and gave me feedback. I scheduled the work and was happy they can do the job on the holiday weekend. Becuase my backyard is hard to access for the trimmer machines, they did the job manually, and moved all stuff to driveway. They worked pretty quietly and cleanly, They will care about any damdage during the work, e.g driveway wall damage. I looked for tree service first time, and based on web reviews and call a few companies around Dayton. But I feel some reviews are not accurate, some compaies even did not response my call, some gave me estimation very slow. 3N1 price may not be best one, but very reasonable and competitive, and fast response. The whole work shows very professional. I strongly recommend the tree service company.

This company did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond for the low cost I paid for the trimming of 6 tall trees. They provided before and after pictures. Stuart gave me info about a sycamore tree that may have some health issues. They were professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about them. They were only a little late because they were at another job and wanted to finish up there the right way. this was no problem. They worked a solid 5 hours I believe. I will use this company in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Arrived on time and completed the job in under 2 hours. Cleaned up the area and took cut limbs with them.
