3n1 Tree Service

The STU-CREW was awesome. Came to cut down 1 tree and trim one tree. Once here, I asked them if they could cut down 2 other trees and grind a stump, all work that I knew would have to eventually be done. They said "sure!" and took care that then and there. This is business the way it SHOULD be done. All of the crew was wonderfully pleasant (which I believe is a reflection of the owner). Work was done so quickly, Clean up was awesome and they even came back the next day to spray something on the tree they trimmed. Price was great. Will recommend these guys to anyone and everyone needing tree service. Thanks, Guys!

Great from start to finish. This team worked hard and stayed focused during this job and were friendly and polite. I really appreciated they were sensitive to wildlife in my old tree and saved a woodpecker nest!

Office staff very nice ad responsive. Crew communicated well and punctual. The weather was bad that day but they worked through an all day job. Kudos to them. The ash was going to be taken down in sections to protect the surrounding trees, but it was brittle and had to felled for safety. They damaged a neighboring tree so removed it at no charge. Dinged up a couple of smaller trees, nothing too bad. It's a dense lot. The did crack the lip of the ashphalt driveway as they had to drive the bucket truck partially off the drive to get to one of the trees. Their insurance will pay for the repair. The ground was real muddy as it was raining and so I'm waiting on them to return to repair/clean up the ground that was messed up. Can't say it was damaged as it's forest floor not a lawn. My bet they would be more careful with a lawn. They were a good crew in tough weather and surroundings. I'd give them an overall A if it weren't for the modest remaining repairs/clean up in waiting.

Crew arrived on time and work was performed quickly and professionally. Clean up was beyond expectations including removal of wood chips from stumps and laying from fresh top soil. They also cut and stacked wood at no extra charge. They beat everyone else's estimated by $300-1000 and were much more professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Excellent. Crew did a good job, cleanup was great. All members polite and professional. This was a difficult job, no access for trucks so they did almost all work by rope & rigging. Great job.

The space was very tight and they were able to remove it without damaging yard or property. They were very professional and friendly. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again!

They did a great job taking down a 60 year old cottonwood tree that overhung my garage, power line to house and Florida room. It couldn't be dropped in any direction. Also there was no way to get bucket to it. All the people were very professional. Couldn't have been happier with the job they did. Completely removed all debris from this job and left no sign that the tree was even there. Also after they grinded the stump they filled the hole with topsoil. Great group. Great job.

3 in 1 was the 3rd company to come and give us an estimate regarding our need for a tree service. While their price was not the lowest nor the highest the thing that sold us was how the estimator treated us, he talked to us not at us, answered our questions with great patience and was very reassuring with how they could do the job. Sold! We had them put us on their schedule. The appointed time arrived and they showed up as promised, they went right to work and did everything from the estimate and more. They had to trim a few branches from the neighbors tree but did not want it left uneven so they shaped it up for them (Note these were our longtime elderly neighbors and were so grateful). They cleaned up so thoroughly you wouldn't have known they had been there other than missing trees. I could go on and on at how these guys went above and beyond but my suggestion is you hire these guys and find out for yourselves.

Excellent! This company is an A+++++++ we had really tall and very big limbs that they removed without any problems. They were ultra professional and they worked in unison with each other which made watching them very pleasant. We could tell these guys were like family to each other. They did exactly what we asked and we are happy and completely satisfied with their work. We would recommend them all day long a hundred times over!

They communicate with me from the time the work was scheduled. Gave me a window of time when they would arrive to do the work and they were on time. My yard was difficult to access the trees to be removed and they did an expert job at maneuvering around to minimize damage to surrounding trees. The crew worked hard and steady in high heat and humidity being wise to take beaks and hydrate so as to be safe and efficient. Everything was cleaned up with nothing but a little bit of saw dust. The quoting process was very easy. They got me in fast for a quote and the person showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and gave a quote on site. I waited about 2-3 weeks for the service to be done, because they were busy (which is a sign of a reputable business) and I had some scheduling conflicts. Overall, it went great. My husband was pleased. They could have done a better job sweeping up when done, in my opinion. Overall, it was fine. My husband is VERY happy. We will use them again.

A little unusually, it went in two stages. They really wanted to do as much of the work as possible very soon, even though the trees were bare, so we agreed that they could do the first round right away and a tidy-up when the trees were in leaf. That worked fine -- except that by spring we found the whole top of one tree bare, so it was more than tidy-up. :-( The 3n1 people were SO nice and easy to work with, I can't say enough good about them -- accommodating, responsive, knowledgeable. (Perhaps slightly less thorough than ideal, but the circumstances were unusual, and that could probably have been avoided..) I was happy!

Our request for a free estimate was answered promptly, by Danita, with an appraisal appointment scheduled for the following evening. Proof of insurance & work comp documents were emailed to us within minutes of scheduling the appointment. Arthur (Art), the appraiser, arrived on time the day of the estimate and gave us a written appraisal before he left. The bid was very competitive and we followed up with Danita that same evening, scheduling services for the following week. On the morning of the removal, we were contacted by Stuart @ 9:00 a.m. who, with his team, began working immediately. Despite a downpour that morning, he and his team were finished with the shrubs tree removal by 12:30 p.m. While were not home at the time the work was being done, we were contacted by Stuart with any questions and kept updated on the progress. Upon our arrival home, the changes were apparent. Despite the amount of work having been done, the site was neat and clean....the dead tree & bushes just...gone! The enormous sycamore was trimmed back and is no longer a threat to the house or cars in high winds.

Perfect. 3N1 removed the trees with no damage whatsoever to property; wood was cut and neatly stacked (I have never had a tree service neatly stack wood until now). 3N1 ground one large stump, removed the debris, backfilled the hole with top soil and planted grass seed (I have never had a tree service provide this level of service for stump grinding until now). 3N1 provided the best tree service I have ever experienced. 3N1 far exceeded my expectations. 3N1 is a great company.

3n1 Tree Service is a phenomenal company. A 45 years-old Blue Spruce had seen better days and, as sad is it was for us, needed to be removed. After contacting 3n1 we received a return phone call, sent them a picture of the tree, and received a firm quotation within 24 hours. The crew arrived exactly on time, removed the huge old tree, hauled away its "remains, ground the stump, cleaned up "the mess" and left the area ready for us to sod. All this in an amazing 2 1/2 hours. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. Additionally, the owners are retired USAF and so was much of the crew which explains their attention to detail.

They gave me a very reasonable estimate for cutting back some large limbs growing close to the house on four very tall trees . We were so impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and ability to work together to handle and prune the cutting back of large branches growing over the house. Very friendly, knowledgeable, made suggestions that were very helpful, and never stopped until the work was finished. They suggested cutting another branch from a fifth tree that needed to be removed, which they did, but still kept the final cost the same as the original estimate. Also cleaned up a pile of branches I had collected that was not theirs, raked the lawn, cleaned off the driveway, including the street. No trace left. Great job! They hire and are vets and I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will never hire anyone else!

Large job to remove trees, stumps, fence, and brush. Excellent work done by the crew who were all courteous and professional. They came out the same day that I called to review the work to be done. Project was completed on time and on budget. Nice cleanup afterwards. 3n1 Tree Service exceeded my expectations and I will use them again. Great job!
