Full service home exteriors contractor, specializing in metal shake & slate roofing as well as siding, windows, entry doors, asphalt and standing seam metal roofing, gutters & leaf protection and patio & porch rooms.

Services we don't offer

Do not install other companies' products (i.e. the customer buys a door somewhere else and wants us to install). Except for patio rooms & a few other exceptions, we do not sell any products without installation.

Description of Work: I had four large double hung windows and 2 large bay windows replaced. My past experience with Miller Custom Exteriors has been excellent, as they replaced eleven double hung windows in 2013, as well as, a new metal roof and gutters with leaf protection on my house and detached garage. My wife and I are very happy, and will not hesitate to use them again

Description of Work: Removed old siding, put up insulation before new siding was installed. Installed stone work on the front of the house. Anything that looked as if it could cause a problem later, was addressed and taken care of. All the crews were extremely professional and responsive to our questions and desires. When they say "If it isn't done right, we will do it over again" they certainly mean it. After most of the window wrapping was done and some of the trim work put up, the crew realized that the siding we chose was an insulated one which meant it was thicker than most siding. They took all the wrapping and trim off and started over, making the wrapping and trim thicker to accommodate the thicker siding. We would certainly use them again if necessary.

They gave us a quick and reasonable quote and did not try to do any high pressure sales. Once the team arrived they got right to work and completed the entire roof within 3 days. There was almost no interruption to my busy family during the time they were working. The team was courteous, very careful to pick up nails, etc. and clean up when done. We highly recommend them for roofing needs. We hope to use them again if we need remodeling, windows, etc.

They are very honest and open with you. They told me exactly what was wrong, what was needed, how much it would cost, and provide an estimate first. Three guys were working on it. They were very fast, efficient, and quiet. They did not use emotionality or scare tactics. They cleaned up wonderfully, no rubble found what so ever.
Description of Work: The back section of the 2 car brick garage was leaking. They also added an aluminum gutter in the back. Double Shingle on the roof.
