Kind of okay. Had no problem with the craftmanship especially the finish carpenter group. These guys were fantastic. The biggest problem with Wayne is that they would tell us that a particular trade would be here on Wednesday but they would not show up until Friday if at all that week. This happened frequently. Wayne guarentees completion in 110 days but it took 125 days to complete our house. We came to the conclusion that when we asked when something would be done they would tell us Wednesday (or Tuesday, Thursday) which really meant "We don't know but we are going to tell you something because we are to ashamed to say We don't have a clue." After finally appealing to the Construction Manager things began to happen quickly.

They have horrible customer service. They do not care about the customer or the customer's satisfaction. Lots of misleading. Their subcontractors do less than satisfactory work and they don't do it right.
