hardwood floor
+ -1 moreBrian is a very nice individual and his pricing was great.He worked long days to get the job completed in a short period of time, perhaps too short of a period. Unfortunately, his quality is not the best. He had to come back to repair a wall he damaged and finish the sanding and finishing on the stair railing that he missed. There are lines in the wood around the edge of the room from where it appears he stopped the sander and it 'burned' the wood. When getting ready to paint the stairs, I found where he did not appropriately sand the wood and in the 'dark' corners of the steps, you can feel the grit and rough surface
Description of Work: We hired Brian to sand and refinish our dining room and living room floors along with 13 stairs and rail. According to Brian, the floor had the original finish from 1962. To help fight the fumes, he recommended a water based (?) top coat that would have a matte finish rather than the high gloss
