September 30, 2019 On February 17, 2019, I hired Kevin Taylor, owner of Taylor Made Home Solutions LLC, to do a remodel of our master bathroom. He took this very straightforward bathroom remodel makeover project and turned it into a nightmare with his lack of plumbing skills and the absolute worst display of customer service skills and explosive temper that I have ever encountered by a contractor in my 34 years as a homeowner. After having trouble completing the upstairs shower plumbing, Kevin Taylor insisted that my main water lines plus the shower lines needed to be replaced due to "freezing damage". Kevin Taylor collected a total of $1,750 from me before I discovered that all of his plumbing work was wrong and unnecessary (my water and shower lines did not have any freezing damage). I obtained 4 professional plumbing opinions to confirm this. Kevin Taylor did not have the plumbing skills to do my bathroom plumbing work correctly. Additionally, due to his extreme lack of customer service skills, explosive temper and bullying behavior, I made the decision to fire Kevin Taylor. The night he picked up his tools in my garage, my wife and I feared for our physical safety and regret not calling the police on this out of control individual. He became extremely abusive by screaming obscenities, blaming me for all of the problems, and made it clear he would not return any of my money. I felt I needed to take this man to court so that he might think twice about treating another customer in this unprofessional, abusive, and bullying manner. I sued Kevin Taylor from Taylor Made Home Solutions and won a court judgment for $1,485.18 plus interest of 5% (Stow Municipal court, Summit county, Ohio - Case No. 2019CV101662. A debt collection agency is actively working to recover the money owed to me. I highly recommend NOT HIRING Kevin Taylor from Taylor Made Home Solutions for any home project. Sincerely, John K.
