Description of Work: We felt that they did a very good job and we would use them again to clean our carpets. The smell from the cleaning agent was strong but did disapate after abuot 24 hours.

Description of Work: Missed several spots on carpet. Didn't even move table as they said they would to clean. They were here and gone in 20 minutes and it showed. There was a problem processing my payment (my issue,card had expired) and they promised to call back and make it right after new payment went through. Still waiting on that call. I used rug doctor after and cleaned the spits they couldn't.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpeting throughout the house. The dry method was used mainly because of the cold weather and drying time. The machine used just seemed so small. Some of the spots didn't come out, but maybe they wouldn't have come out with the wet method either. The other company I usually use would do a pre-spot spray on any spots and they always came out. I know the carpeting is clean, but I would have liked for the spots to be gone also.

Description of Work: The people that answer the phone were very discourteous. I called 3 times and asked to speak with the owne, Jim McKee. The first two times they took my number and said he would call back. The following week I called a third time and a person named Mary told me he does not take calls and would not call me back. I told her I wanted to speak to him about some special issues with my carpet before I hire him, that I really was interested in hiring him. Also, if I could not talk to hime before, then I felt that was not very professional of him or her, whomever was really responsible. She told me to go ahead and hire another company. Not so nicely!!! I had viewed his video on their website stressing their great costomer service and how he was so proud of same. I really do doubt, based on his commercial that he would not want to speak to a prospective costomer.

 + -1 moreI JUST LISTED MY HOME TO SELL AND WAS DESPERATE FOR A CARPET CLEANING COMPANY TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. SPECIAL TOUCH WAS ABLE TO FIT ME IN THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY WERE ALSO THE CHEAPEST WHEN I CALLED AROUND TO COMPARE PRICES. THEY GAVE ME A 10 PERCENT DISCOUNT FOR BEING AN ANGIE`S LIST MEMBER AND THEN I ALSO SAW AN AD IN THE GOLD CLIPPER, SO I GOT A HALLWAY CLEANED FOR FREE, TOO. THEY WERE QUICK AND THOROUGH.
