They arrived on time and did a good job. They worked hard to clean the carpet and remove the stains. They were very informative as to the care of carpet. I noticed by a floor register a rust mark began to form, I called them back, and they took care of it at no extra charge.

Ray came to the door slightly earlier than promised. We were his first stop that day. He was very professional in the way he conducted himself, setup his equipment and did the work. He made sure our floors and areas where the equipment was setup was well protected. e did an excellent job on the stairs, carpet, and chair. We are very pleased with the service, the type of carpet cleaner used and the professional attitude Special Touch provided.

I have used this company before. They are quick and don't leave the carpet too wet and it drys in a short amount of time. The only drawback was the scent of the deodorizing enzyme which was a little too sweet for my nose.

They gave me an estimate via phone and told me I could ask for 2 people, which I did. They said they would call 30 minutes before they came. I also discussed with her what furniture would get moved and what wouldn't. She was very pleasant and helpful. They ended up calling about 15 minutes before they came instead of 30, but asked if this was a good time for me. 2 people showed up as requested. They recommended their crystal cleaning instead of steam cleaning as I have a dog, for the hair and the pet spots. It also dries within a few hours. They were not able to get under the one bed I had expected but they told me that they wouldn't be able to because of the shape of the crystal cleaning machine. They pulled up a very surprising amount of dog hair, and the pet spots came out. One, which has been a problem for a long time did come back a bit after a few days. The rest look great. They were very flexible - when I asked about a small spot, they re-cleaned that area and removed it. The entire cleaning process didn't take longer than an hour and a half. They did put Styrofoam under a couple pieces of furniture after I requested it, as they were antiques that I was concerned about the dye bleeding onto the carpet. The carpet under the other furniture did seem to be dry enough to put the furniture back without them, and I haven't noticed any issues. The carpet did dry within a few hours as they claimed. I did have to vacuum afterwards as, despite the machines picking up the dog hair and the cleaners picking up some themselves, the machines tend to leave little balls of hair around. Note that we really do vacuum this carpet on a regular basis with a good vacuum cleaner, and my dog doesn't even shed in the summer!

Went very well. Called two different times to get estimate and then to get work done. Both women I spoke with were helpful and friendly. They both gave me the same price and when I mentioned Angie's List they happily gave me the discount as well. Tony provided service, I pointed out two real bad problem spots he said no problem. He had the work done and was on his way w/in an hour or so. He was polite, friendly and diligent. I would use the services again.

They are professional and on time. I left the vacant home unlocked and they relocked the door.

It was a great value for the price. They were very prompt. When they say they are going to come out they will. They were very efficient in getting the work done.

I have used them every summer and they've even touched up the places I have pointed out. Very agreeable and the service is great. They have even come back for a second visit to touch things up for me if I asked without charging.

An estimate was given over the phone after I described what needed done. I mentioned I was not interested in anything else and asked that the tech did not try to sell me anything else. The man on the phone assured me there would be no hidden charges. We set an appointment for today between noon and 2:00. Ray arrived at about noon. He was was polite and personable. He went right to work. He also cleaned a couple couch pillows that were not in the original estimate. Completed the the job promptly. Did excellent work .

They scheduled the work very quickly. Gave the Angie's discount. Kevin arrived on time and was efficient in his work. Kevin was very friendly and we had no issues with the work performed.

He moved most of the furniture, and did a pretty good job of cleaning the old carpeting in the house that we rent. We were satisfied with the job.

The cleaner was very professional and did a fantastic job. He was very respectful to listen to my wishes to not clean around the computer area, as I was afraid that something would become undone. The carpets looks fantastic.

I was really pleased with them. Only one guy came out, was very polite, moved the furniture and took him a very little time. He got out a lot of stains and I was really happy with it. I thought their price was very reasonable.

We moved in and the previous owners had pets, so we wanted to have the carpets cleaned. The carpet was looked more dirty after they cleaned then before, and we haven't been able to figure it out because there is not a lot of traffic. I feel they may not have rinsed it enough because they were in and out pretty quickly.

I had a problem because I was misled in terms of moving furniture. I know they wouldn't move heavy furniture but they didn't move the bed either. The sales rep was not responsive. They sent another person out that was very good and took care of the problem as best they could. They did correct the situation to the best of their ability.

Nate, the carpet cleaner, was professional and explained everything to me. The service was reasonably priced. I received the call the day before the service was to be completed and a follow up call a day after the service was completed. They had good customer service.

TONY THE CLEANER ARRIVED ON TIME, VERY POLITE, EXPLAINED 2 TYPES OF CLEANING AVAILABLE AND SUGGESTED THE DEEP CLEANING (WET) ONE FOR MY CARPETS. WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND WAS FINISHED IN ABOUT 2 HOURS. ADVISED ME ABOUT CONDITION OF CARPET (NORMAL TRAFFIC/PREVIOUS OWNERS HAD PET). PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD CONSIDERING MY GREAT ROOM ALONE MEASURES 24X28.

I would highly recommend Special Touch. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The sectional and chair look great.

THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE RATHER THAN ME WORKING AROUND THEIRS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE EQUIPMENT, NO LONG HOSES RUNNING OUT TO A TRUCK! THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

CALLED AN HOUR BEFORE APPT. TO SAY HE WAS GOING TO BE ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATE, WHICH I APPRECIATED.
