ROSE PEST SOLUTIONS

I have used Rose Pest Solutions for annual residential service at my home, one-time special service at a relative's home, and have also contracted with them to provide monthly commercial service at a large local church / school complex where I am a trustee. Their techs have all been very knowledgeable, very thorough and promptly responsive to requests for service. Also appreciated is the fact that I have not had to go through an electronic phone tree to get a message to the tech. I highly recommend them for service.

Destiny and Joe did a great job, and stayed late to get it done. They put wire mesh over my gable vents to keep bats from coming back, and removed all the bat droppings from my attic. Destiny quoted the job, and was very knowledgeable.

Rose Pest Inspection was very easy to work with. They came out for free to do an inspection that lasted at least an hour. The technician was very friendly and helpful. If I ever have a pest issue, I will definitely call them out.

Technician was very thorough. Went through everything, explained everything he was going to do and showed me all the problem areas. I was sent a very detailed report and an appointment was made for a followup for two weeks to look at what was done, any cleanup and any further course of action needed.

They have been great and their prices are reasonable. Everyone has been very good and has done a great job. I will continue to use them and I would recommend them.

I like them. I rate them with an A+. The same guy comes out every time for me and he is polite and does a good job. No complaints so far.

The huge rat apparently ran out of my home, possibly the same day a saw it. Because of it's size and the fact that this a rare occurrence in my home, (the last time again a SINGLE rat entered my basement was 18 years ago), was certainly worthy of professional help. The rat was not actually caught but there was strong indication that it is no longer in my basement. This was a pricey procedure especially for my current budget but I find comfort knowing that I hired a reputable company to do this job.

They never called back

Perfect!! The exterminator was very thorough, inspected the entire property for any other possible issues, explained everything well and fixed the problem in one trip.

Very well as the technician arrived on time, was exceptionally polite, took care when moving from outside to inside our house doing the treatments to keep carpeting clean and explained the process plus follow-up instructions clearly.

The service person was great. He was very nice and polite, did a great job. I would give him an A+. The woman at the office was also great as well. I was very happy with them.

All is good. Brent, our tech, is very professional and a nice guy.

They were very professional completed the work on time and got rid of all the mice.

Rose Pest Solutions has provided excellent pest services for our family for the past 2 years. They were recommended by our parents who have been customers for as long as we can remember. Christian’s personal care and responsiveness are above and beyond. I personally recall one time that we called him on a weekend to take care of some spiders that had invaded my daughters playground. He arrived in a matter of a couple hours to ensure my daughter could enjoy the sunny day we were having. I highly recommend it.

The company returned my call with in the same day and made arrangements to do the inspection. The Inspector Miles Hastings showed up promptly and did a very thorough job. He also took the time to explain things to me. He was very helpful.

Every aspect of the services from initial inspection to follow up has been flawless. Other companies had me confused and daunted about preparation. I thought I would need to hire help from a second vendor to do the prep. Christina the customer rep explained everything clearly, without any hype. She was very supporters and available to answer questions, very reassuring. Other companies wouldn't do an initial inspection or asked for an extra charge. The crew was on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. They left the house the minimally disturbed, no mess, no damage. The bed bugs were completely eliminated in a single treatment. I high reccomend Rose. They made a highly stressful situation as easy as possible and eliminated our problem.

The technician was very polite and basically helped me as much as he could. The service person on the phone was the same way. Good people and good company. I would recommend them to anybody.

They arrived early! He explained all he was going to do. Answered my questions and was sure to tell my family to stay away from the area for 48 hours. He said if the bees were to come back to call him and he would come out at no charge. The bees never came back!

We ended up using them because we live in an apartment and the apartment complex had paid for the pest control and we were moving out within a month but anyway they were a great company. They were extremely professional and really helpful. They came and told us what our options would be and gave us an estimate. They were comforting and laid out every option that was available for us; it was not like and lsquo;you do not need it, so we are not going to tell you about it'. They were really good, if we were going to pick a company we would have gone with them for sure. When we had another issue, we called them and they came out again.
