They were punctual and professional. They used care not to damage concrete drive. It was an efficient and thorough operation and they did everything I asked them to do. I was pleased that the yard and drive was cleared of all debris from the saws.

We have used Pro Tree several times in the past, and they always do a first rate job for us. When they had finished, you couldn't tell that they had been there, except that the tree was gone.

Jim was very responsive when I reached out to him. We have a very large party occurring August 1. He made sure it was done in time for the party even though they were running behind schedule due to all the rain this spring. His crew was there promptly at 8:00. We were not there at the time the work was done. However, they followed our instructions to a tee that I gave to him at the time he came out and gave us the estimate. They cleaned up really well. thumbs up!

They came while we were working and when we got home it was all finished. They did a great job with cleanup. The next day they ground the stumps.

The tree was removed, and stump ground as requested. Very punctual, and a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have a yard with many, many trees and have been down the long road with several tree companies, but Pro Tree is the very best company we have ever dealt with! I called on a Friday, they came out the next day for an estimate. They were the best estimate we received and they came recommended by another company that was replacing our sewer line. The owners were very communicative and responsive to any question I had. We gave them the go ahead to take out three trees and to grind our the stumps. They came out a few days later. They did this in the middle of winter, on snow covered ground, and they took down three large trees in a few hours. I have had a few tree companies take down trees, and none of them too them down so quickly, and so efficiently as Pro Tree. We were as happy as we could possibly be! Their prices was very competitive and workmanship was excellent!

Pam from Pro Tree contacted me within 24 hours and had someone out to my property to look at the trees within the week. Unfortunately the location of the trees and nearby power lines prohibited the company from giving me an estimate, other than $90 per hour per worker. I was unable to contract with the company for the removal without knowing his long the job might take or how many workers would be needed for the job.

Fast, professional delivery. Good prices. Great customer service. Also had them quote some tree removal. Very competitively priced and may use them in the future.

Delivered quality product on time...very careful to place mulch on turn around without overlapping onto lawn.

They were excellent and they did a great job. They were quick and they did a good job of cleaning up afterward. They were professional but I had to call them many times for them to come out and work. I have referred them to others and I will definitely use them again.
