+ 4 moreHe was OK for about a week and then no longer returned my calls and got a bit hostle at one point. Our basement floor is torn up (concrete jack hammered out) and he never came back. I called for weeks with no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! He seems great at first and then just disappears. We now have to pay another company to finish the work.
Description of Work: Jim was hired to do water proofing to our basement.

+ -1 moreHorrible, the job was started in November 2016 and it is May 2017. Job still not finished. He will not return my calls, has not come back to finish and has been paid in full. He is foul mouthed and rude. Angry man. Would never work with him again. Stay away!!!
Description of Work: Front porch of house and basement wall reconstructed. Concrete work. Had water in basement and wall was shifting.

Description of Work: Provider was to rebuild 20 feet of basement wall, took my deposit opened up a long large hole in wall in mid March and then missed appt. time over and over again thru months of waiting and no calls to even cancel, then resets of appt. times for them to come make the repairs. Finally after continued bailing out and digging out of basement, I hired another mason to do the job in EARLY SEPTEMBER! They completed in 1 day w/2 man team, even though they had to pull out the little bricklaying that was done poorly with longways split 1/2 bricks (use long way split thin bricks to be cheap and risk the wall crumbling from 1/2 size thin only 1 in thick half bricks) and the additional damages caused by leaving the lower basement wall open to the outside earth for so long. I FINALLY got them on the phone and requested my deposit back, then finally I was told I would receive my full deposit back by text by end of month, 45+ days later and no refund, and no answer from them text or voice. If they offer you services, don't walk away, run. I suppose I'll have to go to court for my deposit back, just because I'm handicapped doesn't mean I can be taken advantage of without a fight.
