It went well. I am still waiting to hear from other companies, however, before making a decision.

Service is great. Debbie addressed all problems promptly, They make sure to have things done the way you like them. Very friendly staff and professional. Usually the same lead team member comes every week. The second person is different each week.

I've been using Heavenly Touch cleaning for about a month now and I'm very satisfied with their work. The price is reasonable, Debbie is friendly and good at keeping in touch, and it is so nice to come home to a clean house! We had a "deep cleaning" that was about $133, and bi-weekly cleanings since then have been $79 for our small-ish house. The "B" for quality just reflects my pickiness - there have been a couple of small things that I noticed and wished were cleaned a little bit more thoroughly.

UPDATE: We now use a different cleaning company! I have been using cleaning people for 10 years off and on. One person broke my vacuum. One crew did not speak English. One person stole from us! One company did not do a good job at all! But Heavenly Cleaners seems honest and hard working, so far (just 2 cleanings so far). I look forward to the days when they come to clean. They are flexible and they listen to what I want done specifically.

Very professional job. The people showed up on time and completed the job in 2 hours as planned. We've tried several different cleaning services over the past years. This company is a keeper. Some of the previous angie's list comments said that this company cost more than average. We did not find this to be the case. Their rate was identical to the previous service we used.

Have been using HT house cleaning services for several months (every other week) and am very satisfied with their work. Debbie Pickens is very attentive to customer satisfaction and stays in touch. The two person crews seem conscientious, punctual and efficient. Had a minor issue on one of their first cleanings. They damaged a door on a TV stand (it was an easy repair) but no one communicated it. It was a simple communication oversight and nothing like it has happened since. I would recommend their services.

Very well. I had had a difficult time finding someone to do ironing and, after I explained that to the call center at Angie's List, I was given the names of two companies. I called Heavenly Touch Maids and have been very pleased with the professionalism and quality of their work. They are very accommodating and make every effort to do a very good job. I am continuing to use them for ironing and plan to use them in the future for other services as well.

They?ve been really good, courteous and professional. They certainly come when scheduled, and they always call me before they come to confirm that we are still on, and to inform me that they are coming, which I really appreciate. They are very conscientious about doing a good job. The people that come out actually take pride in what they clean and do, which has been really nice. One of the reasons that I continue to use them is because they are very friendly - even with my kids. I have got kids running around and I can?t ever seem to get everything done without assistance. They play with the kids and they don?t have a problem with the kids being around. If I?ve ever asked them to do something specific or different, they don?t hesitate. Even though they have a scheduled time, they don?t just speedily get through with everything and miss things, and leave when their time is up. Instead, they just stay the extra time and finish the job. I looked at a few other companies; one company was charging the same price while the other one charged a little more. Their price is right there in comparison to others. Another company that I looked at was going to charge me extra for the first two times that they came out because they expected more cleaning to be done, while Heavenly Touch charged me extra for just the first cleaning. I would like them to include stripping beds and putting sheets on, or at least straightening the sheets, as part of their routine job.

My experience with them has been excellent. They have a good crew who is concerned about doing a good job. They are here promptly. They follow instructions well. I am all in all very happy with them.
