I have used them for well over six months and am continuting to use them. I am no longer cleaning my house; they are.

When looking for a reputable house cleaning service, I called and spoke with Debbie. She is very professional and knowledgeble. She answered all of my questions and was very workable with my situation. It was hard to settle on a date to have the girls come out because of our hospital schedule with my Dad. She worked around that and scheduled the girls for Monday morning. They were very prompt...very cheerful and great workers. At my request, they used a couple of products I had...the rest was theirs. They worked efficiently, quickly and left a great checklist when they were done. I have nothing but good to say about the whole experience and as stated above, I will definitely use them again.

They were okay. I found it strange that they would clean around things (like the trash can) rather than picking them up and moving them. The sink wasn't scoured in the kitchen. either. Things I thought would be part of routine cleaning were skipped. When I mentioned it to Debbie, she tried to help by sending different cleaners. The quality was just not how I would do it, though.

The dusting was okay but they did not seem to move anything. The bathroom sinks and tubs were very clean. The floors were horrible. I went in my bedroom before they were finished and noticed dirt on the floor. I asked one of the people to come and clean it again. She did it without any complaint. After they left, I noticed on one part of my living room, there were water marks left. I had specifically said to use vinegar water to wash the laminate floors but to make sure to wring out the mop so it would not get the floors too wet. It looked like they used too much. And they did not appear to have cleaned a spot where something wet had dried days before. I called the owner and told her about it. She sent the same two girls out later. They got on their hands and knees and cleaned the area I showed them, but they did not look around to see if they could have cleaned the rest of the floor better. I pointed out to them that under the couch there were dust balls. They then cleaned under the couch. It dawned on me that they had not swept the rooms before they washed them. I have all laminate floors in most of my home. I always sweep them with a vacuum before i wash them. By washing them without sweeping they just move the dirt around. I can't believe they did this kind of work.

Debbie was great to work with in setting up our appointment--very friendly. The workers arrived on time and spent considerable time cleaning the home, being very detailed and efficient. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and the results we found when we returned to the home. We were so pleased with how they cleaned our newly-purchased home that we hired Heavenly Touch Maids to clean the townhome we were moving out of after 6 years. Their work was phenomenal! It made the hard work of moving so much easier knowing that we had quality workers who are detailed and efficient helping us through the transition. We will continue to use Heavenly Touch in the future.

All good. I need to learn if there is an express cleaning, like just floors n dust for quick upkeep

They did a beautiful job. The took care of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a porch, and more. They cleaned, mopped, and dusted.

The owner, Debbie Pickens was very friendly and professional. The two ladies that she sent out were also very friendly and polite. At first I was pretty pleased. But, unfortunately, I noticed that they called Debbie before they were completely finished telling her that I was completely satisfied. The other problem that I had was some of the cleaning wasn't up to standard. I'm not overly picky or pushy or anything like that, but, I moved some things out of my bedroom closet before they arrived for organizational reasons and there was still dust marks left from the heavy dust that was left when I moved the stuff. It was obviously not swept good. There was a pack of toilet paper in one area, however, that would be light as a feather and should have been picked up in order to sweep that area. To me, personally, that was lazy - it takes 2 seconds. As well as some other things that could have been extremely easy to set aside for sweeping and it just wasnt. So, a couple of areas that should have been swept in the closet were still dirty. Also, serious dust bunnies under my chairs and sofa in my family room (I didn't expect them to move it because it's too heavy) - however, there is room for a broom and a simple brooming underneath would have brought the dust out. Also, they said they did baseboards when hand scrubbing the floor, well, the dust is still there in my bathroom on top of the baseboard. Also, the bed was made like a child did it (I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I'm only trying to describe it correctly. They did do a great job on my floors and my kitchen countertops on a better note. I was hoping for a better outcome because I have a major surgery coming up and I would like to have had them back, but, I don't think it would suit me at this point to do so. My standards for cleaning are a little different. I didn't call and complain, I'm just not a confrontational person, I don't like to feel uncomfortable - that's just not me. I just won't use them next time, on a positive note, they did do a pretty good job in the kitchen and flooring and cleaning the outer kitchen cabinets.

We've been using Heavenly Touch since our son was born in May (2012). Initially we planned on using them just until my wife was back up to speed (apparently I'm not so good a cleaning the house. go figure!). But after using them for a couple of months we can't imagine not having Susan helping out. Debbie (the owner) makes sure to call and confirm a day before every cleaning just to make sure we remember. And as for Susan and her helper of the day, they are GREAT! Not only are the friendly and go out of their way to meet our requests but the quality of cleaning is top notch. They even scrub the bathroom and kitchen floors on their hands and knees! Everything about our experience with Heavenly Touch has been wonderful. Give them a try and you'll see why we love them as much as we do.

Overall, the company does a good job

They came out just a few days after I called. I have limited mobility and tire easily, so my house suffers. This was well worth the price!

When I first contacted Debbie, the owner, she ran through all of the services they provide and asked me about my needs and square footage of our house. She gave me an estimate based on that conversation and told me it might vary slightly. It was right on the money! She was very friendly and very professional. A team of two women have come to our home every two weeks for the last few months. They arrive when they say they will each time. I have had an excellent experience with them each time. They bring all of the supplies needed to clean with the exception of a special floor cleaner that was recommended to me. I did, however, run out of it once, and they had some so they used it anyway without thinking or charging me. The first time they came, I was busy in one room of our house unpacking (we had moved into our newly built home 6 weeks prior) so I was out of the way. When I came downstairs as they were finished, I actually cried! My house was spotless! Even the few dishes that I had yet to wash were clean and waiting for me to put away. As it was a new build, dust is everywhere and it was impossible for me to get it all. Each time they come, they clean the cabinets and all of the appliances. We have a griddle on our cooktop in the kitchen and they clean the grease trap and the backsplash where grease will often collect. They move around the food in the pantry and dust the shelves. We have a bar/buffet and they dust it and all of the wine bottles. They clean all the windows on the inside. In our master bathroom I had left a ton of products on the counter and they had neatly organized them on the counter after cleaning the entire surface! Our master shower is a huge walkthrough and it was cleaned from top to bottom. All of our hardwood floors were cleaned by them on their hands and knees and then the special shine cleaner that was recommended was also used. The bathroom floors are spotless each time. The toilets are always shiny. We have a dog and as he has started to shed they don't leave any surfaces untouched. I can't say more about how amazing they are! Each woman who has been to our home is friendly and professional. They are very efficient with their time and always ask if they have questions. They ask me to look around before they leave and always have a smile. I have never had anyone clean my home before and I can't imagine ever needing to hire anyone but Heavenly Touch Maids to clean for me. They are amazing.

I like the lady who comes. They do a good job and they are fast. The price is okay.

Debbie was very nice on the phone and gave an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. A two person team arrived on time. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They actively listened to what I wanted. Some areas would not need to be cleaned because of work that would be done to some floors. Other areas needed special attention due to some buildup problems. I have a large kitchen with a lot of cabinets that all needed to be wiped out. There was old cabinet lining and so forth that needed to be removed. They did a great job on all the ceiling fans in the house The team leader was just wonderful. I used to run a cleaning company so I'm very picky and know exactly what to expect. The estimate Debbie gave was accurate and I did not feel that either team member milked the clock. I was actually surprised it didn't take longer and checked very carefully that nothing had been missed due to being in a hurry. They met all my expectations and were very thorough. If I choose to have a regular cleaning service or just an occasional deep clean, I will be using them again. Based on this experience, I highly recommend them. I have already referred my boss. I wouldn't do that lightly.If there was an A+ on here they would get it.

I've had certain individuals come by each time. It's easy to cancel and get different times for them to come in. They send 2 at a time so it is quicker to do.

I had been in poor health for a couple of months and housekeeping (which is not one of my personal strengths to begin with) had deteriorated below my standard. Having had cleaning services for several years at a prior address, I used Angie's List to find find a service for my current residence. I wanted both a thorough one-time cleaning and ongoing regular cleanings.HEAVENLY TOUCH MAIDS was the service I selected to try. Debbie was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Both the one-time and ongoing estimates seemed reasonable (less than I had paid in another town 25 miles from here) and we agreed on the starting date. Since then the cleaners have been here regularly -- always on time, thorough, pleasant -- all that I want and need from a service. I am very happy with the company and will continue to use Heavenly Touch Maids for my housekeeping needs.

How much more than excellent job can one say. That says it all.

We bought a new house, which was clean but we wanted to gets some inaccessible areas like fans and window panes cleaned. We saw good reviews for heavenly touch maid and called to get an estimate. Debbie was really nice and gave a fair estimate. On the day of cleaning i opened the house and left her crew to do the cleaning. When I came back home in the evening i was absolutely shocked to see that there were layers of dust on the fan. I called Debbie right away. She re-send her crew, some new ladies. The first expression that crew had was of surprise and she said she is so embarrassed. They cleaned the fan. After two weeks, I opened window in my room. I was so shocked to see how dirty it was. I checked all the windows and it turned out they did not clean any window at all. It was such a shock and so surprising. I read good reviews about this company and Debbie seemed very nice but her crew did such a bad job. It seemed they just came, rested and left after their allocated time and did not do any cleaning at all. I am really disappointed by their work.

The cleaning was very thorough - absolutely no complaints at all. They even make the bed with new sheets! Some of the tasks they varied month to month as they weren't needed every visit, such as wall washing. On occasion, they have even cleaned the dishes left in the sink. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a cleaning service.

Very courteous staff, showed up in time. Wasted no time in getting started. Have used this company several times. Will use them again.

Heavenly Touch did an amazing job and very professional. I had no problem or reservations leaving them there to clean the home without me being there. When they were done, they called me to let me know the work was completed and their paperwork was left on the counter.

I thought they did a very good job. We had one issue and they resolved it in no time flat. I will use them again in the future.
