Used Heavenly Touch for about 2 years and the overall quality was very good at times but more often than not was not thorough and there seemed to always be missed areas. There is a lot of turn over in my opinion in 2 years of every other week cleaning we probably had between 15-20 different woman in our home (because it's a 2 person crew). If it was a time when we had a great team leader than our home would shine & be to our liking, but other times there would be major misses (not vacuuming the master bedroom, fingerprints/dog nose prints left on front windows by front door, office desk not dusted), etc. I will say that everyone was always delightful & friendly & seemed to be hard working, always polite and very trustworthy. The service just was too inconsistent that I had to cancel.

In the beginning the owner seemed organized, well-versed in the ins and outs of cleaning and managing personnel. She provided the two young ladies with a check list to clean our home. I was quoted a price for the job (not an hourly rate). The first time i was not at all thrilled with the job that was done. I wasn't going to have them back, but Debbie talked me into giving them another shot. The second time went better, but that time and each time after that i started noticing substantial "misses" in their performance. They were coming ever other week and two times in a row they never touched my first flour laundry room which is right by the door. After their 2nd to last visit i realized my Master Bedroom fan had long dust bunnies hanging off of it ... it had NEVER been cleaned since i hired them. They weren't wiping obvious things like fingerprints on sliding glass doors, they did a terrible job on my hard wood floor the first time. They are very young girls, sweet and respectful, but always talking about the drama in their lives. Often times to the point that they don't know what each other has or hasn't completed. On two separate occasions I notice they are putting on their coats to start carrying out their cleaning supplies and I had to tell them that something wasn't done. Once it was that my Master Suite was never vacuumed! How do you miss that? I was feeling like i had to babysit them. Constantly walk around and make sure things were getting done. And that makes it not worth paying someone else to do it. I talked with Debbie each and every time and the last time I was very frustrated. I explained to her that i was quoted a price for the job which included the fans, the fingerprints off the windows, the laundry room. But each time these items weren't done, I wasn't offered any money back. Even after pointing it out to her, all she said was "I gave you the new customer discount." That's all well and good, but that discount was offered on the basis "your're a new customer and here's a discount, but if we do a lousy job it's also a concession". So enough with the frustration. I had to cancel on her last week (last minute) because we had drywall work being done, and I received no response from her. So that was the last straw. I just called out of courtesy to let her know we were no longer going to use her and she basically just said "OK, goodbye". And I'd say that pretty much sums it all up. Talks a great game, but can't bring it.

I like them pretty well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went very well. I had called another provider that I had used before and they were unable to come as they were too booked up. By sheer luck, I was able to find this provider.

I went with Heavenly Touch because they were ranked so highly on Angie's list. They did a great job cleaning base boards, backs of doors and behind furniture. I would use them agin or recomend highly them to freinds.

It's a great company. I think that they are attentive. I trust them to come into my house when I'm not there. We've never had any problems. When I am there, they seem enthusiastic about doing the job and they're always busy. The place looks great. They're great. They work with you in the scheduling so I like them. Whatever they charge, my wife thinks it's worth it and I do too. It's A across the board. I don't have anything negative to say about them.

I was very disappointed with the first home they cleaned. It was a rental and I told them It would need a lot of work. While they were cleaning I was busy cleaning the garage and basement. I made the mistake of thinking they would do a good job so I did not check their work. I moved into this house 2 days later only to to find many missed places. Examples : Bathrooms - door only cleaned on one side , one drawer wiped out the others missed or under a sink , window ledge cleaned but not the edges of the window. Living room - the shelves that were eye level were wiped clean but the upper shelves were left untouched. Floors were mopped but should have been mopped a second time - I had to do it myself the next day! I could go on but you get the idea. When I voiced my concerns to the owner she did not even say sorry but simply stated she reminded them that it was easy to miss one side of a door. The second house was cleaned better by a different crew.

Debbie's team arrived promptly at 8:30 and worked continuously throughout the morning. Two additional ladies arrived to assist in completing the job. They were professional, they knew what to do, what products to use. Great job! And what a relief not to have to do it ourselves.

Spring cleaning. House is clean!....especially Sun porch. Gave a B rating just because of some spots missed. Very friendly and courteous.

I called on Monday to request help on Thursday and by the end of the day a time was scheduled. Crew arrived promptly and completed the work as requested.

Easy scheduling. Arrived on time and did a very professional and complete deep spring clean of our home. Windows, screens, baseboards, the works. This was our second experience and was a job well done.

They were fine. They were timely. I needed someone right away. They did a fine job. I actually plan on using them again.

Everything sparkled and I was pleased with their attention to detail. Very nice ladies.

I was very satisfied with the crew who came to my house. They were punctual, friendly in a professional manner, and very thorough. It was a large job and I felt that they listened to me when I explained the aspects of the job I wanted them to concentrate on. We will be putting our home on the market shortly and I hope when it sells to be able to get this group to clean the next property before we move in. I highly recommend this service.

They cleaned our entire home which is a large house. The girls did a good job and were very polite. We did set up a Bi-Monthly cleaning agreement with them.

We were very happy with the services provided...we had used another company two prior times and were very unsatisfied. My expectations were high, but them met and went above and beyond them. Two women came to clean and were done in 2 hours. Our bathroom was sparkling and the carpets looked great! We will definitely continue to use them!

It went well. The crew missed some things that the estimator and I talked about-taking things off the bookshelves to dust. I forgot to check on it until later. Overall, they did a great job though, they were prompt and pleasant. Date above is approximate. I don't remember exactly.

Very friendly and professional. Everything was done to my satisfaction, however, I asked to have a specific room vacuumed but it apparently it was forgotten as there was a pile of dirt from my plant still on the carpet. Part of that was my fault cause I did inspect after but missed that. Other than that, every thing was clean and neat and smelled nice, and the uniformed maids was a nice touch. Price reasonable for 2 hours, but it was more of a 3 hour job.

I contacted this company after seeing the listing on Angie's List. The owner, Debbie, was wonderful to deal with ! She was very quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to provide services on the date requested. The cleaning crew arrived at the time promised and did a good job. There were a few things not completed which may have been due to some miscommunication. When I called Debbie back to let her know she was great about getting someone out to finish up the job. If I need cleaning services again I will definitely consider call this company.

I have used Heavenly Touch cleaning services at least 3 times and have been more and more disappointed with their performance each time. The girls are always very nice, but their work is very "surface." I am looking for my house to be really clean, not the kind of clean that I can do quickly to tidy up. I had to go around and clean up after them on each occassion. The last time they came, they actually left cleaning products behind and have yet to come to claim them. And each time, the owner has called me a few weeks after the cleaning to schedule another cleaning and I have respectfully declined, stating that I was not really that satisfied with the previous cleaning and the response has always been, "Okay, well, let us know when you want to schedule again." To clear things up, I was originally forwarded to this branch of Heavenly Touch Maids but upon speaking with them, they determined that a different brach was closer to my home and they forwarded me to their office manager. I don't recall the name, but it was a male and the phone number is 440-543-2273. I was given this contact through Angie's List to review my service and did not realize that it was not the same branch/company that provided me the service, as they have the same name. My review stays they same, however.

These ladies performed house cleaning services for me for over a year. Unfortunately, the young lady that consistently cleaned our house left the company and the ladies that followed behind her were not as consistent. Unfortunately, I did not give the new girls enough time to get used to my home and what we expected. I have gone through several companies and one individual and what I have found is not one of these other companies were as professional or as accommodating as Debbie. If you're looking for a professional and thorough cleaning, this is the company to use.
