D &T's Water Resolution

Mr. Butts was prompt, professional, courteous, hard working, efficient. I am not sure of the exact date of service but it was several years ago. I waited to review to see how well the drains etc. actually worked. They have significantly improved the problem and even in very heavy rains carry water build up away fairly quickly even if water does start to accumulate. I consider it a job well done!

Dan scheduled to come to the house the same week that I called. He came out on a Saturday morning. He had to dig around some big bushes but was able to determine the problem. He needed to go to the store to get the proper size material but came back quickly and fixed the downspout that morning. He was very polite and professional and didn't damage any of the bushes. He offered some good suggestions so we don't have the same problem happen again.

Dan was very prompt, came out the next day! And was able to do the work the next weekend. They came and were done in about 1/2 a day and did a nice job.

Project went very well. Dan responded to first call and set date to prepare estimate. Appeared promptly and spent an hour and a half assessing situation and alternative solutions. We agreed on one and he prepared an estimate which I accepted. Set date to do the work four days later (a Saturday). Appeared promptly on that day and completed the work within six hours. Put outdoor lighting back in place, patched where concrete had been cut, cleaned up neatly.
