As always, the service is top notch. They are willing to work with the customer and stand behind their product. In the past they even repaired a window we had previously installed by another company. While they may not be the least expensive, they are the best!

Excellent workmanship. Punctual and very friendly, explained what they were doing. Cleaned everything up after the job. Would highly recommend.

We had four sliding windows replaced with casement windows. Three were white and one was brown. One large sliding window was replaced with a sliding window. Polaris UltraWeld windows were used. Four windows were installed on the side of the house that had aluminum siding and the fifth was installed on the cedar siding side. Joe Lamusga and his crew performed in a professional manner and the cleanup left no traces that they had been here. The work was finished yesterday and the current temperature is 8 degrees and there is no longer a draft coming from the windows. What a difference the new windows have made. I couldn't be happier. I plan on using their services again this summer.

The installer was on time and very nice. He took his shoes off outside and used indoor socks which was very nice. The owner stopped by to check in on installation. Very satisfied with the company.

They did a great job. They were very neat. They did not leave any mess behind. They took the old windows and disposed of them. I wouldn't have even known they were here. They did a beautiful job inside and out.

Owner Joe Lamusga came to our house, measured the windows, provided an estimate, and upon our acceptance of the contract ordered the windows. He called us when he received the windows and we agreed on a date for installation. He and Mike removed the old windows and installed the new windows over a 2 1/2 day period. They cleaned up as the installation proceeded. On the exterior they installed the aluminum cladding and sealed everything. A substantial amount of sheet aluminum was required at the corners of the house. They did a great job. Everything fits well, is well sealed, and looks great. It has been three months since the installation and we are happy with everything. It was a pleasure to see Joe and Mike work. They are proud of good workmanship and it shows in the results.

Joe came out promptly after I called to give me an estimate. He worked with me and my budget so I could replace all 24 windows at once. Mike and the guys did a great job. They were professional and impeccably clean. You would not have known they had been there at the end of the day. Mike even went above and beyond and fixed my screen door that stubbornly would never close. I would absolutely use them again!

July 4, 2012 our community suffered a freak storm of hail and ice. We fussed with the insurance company for almost a year. Our neighbor told us about this company. We connected with them and they sent someone out to measure and quote a price for repair. they stuck to their quote and finished the job up in the time slot we needed. We couldn't ask for better service.

Crews arrived at time promised. Took out old windows, installed new. Eight hour job. Carefully cleaned up after, windows all polished and cleaned. Gave tutorial on the way windows operated. Did extra caulking and trim to make job look great!

I picked this company because it was a Page of Happiness winner with high ratings, and other reviewers said that there was no high pressure sales pitch. Sure enough! Joe came out, spent most of the time measuring windows, asked and answered questions, and was gone in 45 minutes. A couple days later we got the estimate, discussed details briefly, and accepted the estimate. Our house is a Tudor, so we decided to stay with casement windows, and had all the windows made with diamond paned internal muntins and antique brass hardware. The bathroom windows are opaque with the diamond pattern in the glass itself. When the windows were ready, Joe worked with my schedule to install them. He and his colleague do all the work themselves, and they've been working together for 25 years. Since our roof is concrete tile, it can't be walked on, so three windows had to be installed completely from inside the house (instead of the usual inside and outside). That was a tough job, especially since the windows are small, but those windows, like all the others, are beautifully done. They both like pets and were happy to meet our cat. I don't think we've ever had more cheerful workmen in the house. They often chatted with each other, sometimes with me, and they sang along with their radio. They were neat and asked to make sure things were left in locations that didn't get in my way. Our old windows were wood on the inside, but most were in such bad shape that they wouldn't latch. We were concerned about trading wood for vinyl, but the new windows are a huge improvement. They're beautiful and the house is noticeably quieter with them.

We have used this company several times from 2000 to 2010 to replace a total of 16 windows in our home. They were always professional, prompt and courteous, taking care to cover their working area and cleaning up thoroughly after they finished the job.

This is the fourth time we have had work done by CFRW. They are polite and professional from the first call to job finish. They are on time, and their work is outstanding. They clean up the work site completely - inside and out. The new windows look and perform great! CFRW is family owned and they stand behind their work.

The provide a wonderful service. They were very informative. The gentleman that owns it does all the work with 1 more person. I have a garden window that allows a lot of cold air through so I had it replaced. It took them about 6 hours to remove the window; it was previous done unprofessional. I had him replace the windows that most secteptable to the wind. This other company basically took advantage of me and glad I had Cuyahoga Falls come out to fix these issues. Cuyahoga Falls had a great deal of detail. They stuffed it full of insulation and did a great trim. Highly recommend them and will use again. If there is anything wrong they will come back out themselves to fix these issues at no additional cost.

Joe and Mike were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Would highly reccommend. Prices very fair and quality of work outstanding. Cleaned up after themselves, would never have known they were in my home, except for my beautiful new windows. I loved the fact that the owner and one other person who has been with him for 25 years provided all services.

Joe and one of his employees came out to install the windows about 2 weeks after we committed. The majority of the work was completed in one day. They came back the following day to install the large front window and complete the aluminum trim work. Once the work was complete, you could not even tell they had been there; except for the beautiful double hung windows which replaced the original wood single hung and old wood storms that we could not open. Their cleanup inside and out was complete. I can't recall a better experience in my many years as a home owner.

We started 30 years ago and we finally have them all in. They are just terrific people. They come out and put the window in and they clean up after themselves; it is perfect. They are really nice windows; I got tilt-in windows and picture windows on the corners of my house. I had one window upstairs, the first one I put in, that wouldn’t lock. They came out to repair it after all these years because it’s guaranteed for life and they really mean it.

Everything worked out great. We have not had any problems since. There was one minor thing that I couldn't take care of myself but they came out right away and helped me. The one thing I remember clearly is that they cleaned up everything afterwards absolutely perfect!

I had 3 estimates done. Two from well known advertisers whom I'm sure would have done a good job. When Joe came from Cuyahoga Falls Windows I kind of liked his presentation. 30 years experience .The way he explained how they remove the old windows was different, unlike the other two which saved me time and effort on touch up. Did not have to do a thing. I liked the idea that Joe was the company owner, are local and he would be doing the installation with one other worker. They were here when they said they would be, very neat interior wise outside too. The windows we chose were even nicer than we expected, having ones taken out of an 80 + year old house. Outstanding service.Fair price, they always showed up when scheduled.The owner is always at the job. When I need my windows replaced, they will do it. I think their workmanship is excellent. I am writing this report since my children don't subscribe to angies list, but I want to give credit where credit is due.
