+ -1 moreWhen Phil did work for me he was great; professional, prompt, cost effective and clean. I was trying to use him again; however, he never called me back. I have given him several weeks to call, I have called several times.... nothing in return. I am totally disappointed in him. Until this, I would have--and did tell, everyone to use him. Bummer.
Description of Work: Updating several electrical issues, rewiring my garage lighting.
