Description of Work: Removed old porch along with an attached brick box.Waterproofed under old porch area.Jackhammered all old rebar &removed from property.Added new drain pipe that was leaking.Dug 6 3 ft holes added concrete let sit for 2 days then added 10ft poles in holes.Used at our request trex composite boards to lay floor for 28ft long&8ft wide deck/porch.Added white plastic sleeves over 6poles.Installed white vinyl rails.Also extended a beam 9ft beam over porch.Dovetailed wood&wrapped it with metal.After using metal splice plates.Made steps&added a concrete apron at end of steps.Also added white lattice around porch.Made 28ft beam across porch to stabilize porch.Made a 9ft roof over the porch.Added white facia on both sides of new roof underneath roof.Also removed old concrete walk way before starting porch. Also added new roof,wrapped all windows,added new gutters,replaced a piece of siding.This second part was done do to hail damage.

Byam's Home Improvement Inc. offers the following services: We specialize in residential and commercial roofing systems. We can install asphalt shingle, metal roofing, and rubber membrane applications. We properly insulate and ventilate the top of any structure. We also offer window sales, tearout and installation. We install seamless gutters with hidden hangers as well as 3 lines of gutter protection. Byam's also does full house siding, soffit, and facia installations. We build additions and decks as well.
We do not clean siding, or gutters unless it is a supplement to additional work. We do not do electrical or plumbing work but are able to contract it out when necessary on a project.
