Matt and his team were prompt, professional and had quickly identified the leaks in the underground pipes. Matt offered an inexpensive and honest solution to the problem. I would definitely hire them again.

Matt and assistant showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Within an hour they had found the leak and repaired it. After the work was done a leak appeared in another location and they came back out to repair that at no further charge. They were here a good hour or more for that. One of the better experiences I've had with a contractor in my 65 years.

We have maintained our in-ground swimming pool for the 25 years we have lived here. Lost vacuum pressure while vacuuming pool at the end of August and pump/motor would not pull water. Had used American Leak Detection System years ago and was very happy with the service then and they have a solid reputation with our pool supply place, so we called them again. Within a reasonable amount of time, the owner, Matt Morgart and his assistant, came out and conducted a very thorough assessment of our pool system providing me with useful additional information that there were no other problems with water lines. They located the site of the blockage (3 pieces of mortar in pipe close to where it leaves skimmer) and showed it to me with fiber optic. Matt provided the estimate to unclog the pipe from the skimmer/main drain to the pump, told me they were backlogged and could not get to us until the end of September, and then installed a temporary line so we could continue to filter the water and back flush/clean DE filter until their next visit when the problem would be corrected. The invoice for this visit was $370 - which I considered quite reasonable for the amount of time spent to determine the problem, install the temporary line, and the information I learned about the integrity of the system. On September 28, Matt and Adam returned, had to cut through concrete to unearth pipe, removed problem section of pipe, replaced pipe, replaced dirt, poured new concrete, etc. Job was done efficiently and neatly - no mess left behind, no time wasted. The cost for this was $775, which I paid upon completion of work. While the price was higher than I would have liked (Who doesn't like to pay less?), having had Matt do work for us previously, I had confidence that the work would be done well and he would stand by his repair. Before turning on the pump/motor, Matt instructed us to wait 24 hours because the glue used on the pipe repairs had thoroughly dried. We waited 32 hours (Monday afternoon) and had problems with pump not being able to pull water through the system. Now Matt had checked the whole line after the repair from the skimmer back to the pump with fiber optics to make sure there were no additional blockages - so we knew that was not a problem. The pump/motor was only a little over a year old. When I called his office, they had Matt call us in the evening on Wednesday to discuss possible strategies to get rid of air block, which we tried without success. Matt then came back on Friday morning and was able to remove the air block and get the system up and running again. I estimate he spent approximately another hour doing so but did not charge me anything for this extra trip or assistance. In summary, we are very, very happy to have the pool operating again and with Matt's excellent diagnostic and repair services, his willingness to come back and get the pool pump/motor functioning again and not charging for it, and his professionalism. When you call the office the first time, you do get a response back the same day. The other wonderful aspect of dealing with his company is that Brooke in his office is very helpful and keeps you apprised of when they will come, the ongoing status, and Matt comes when he says he will and he gives you specific time range and will call you when he is on his way. While you get an invoice at the time of the call, a follow-up typed invoice is also provided specifying the problem and what was done, charges, payment, etc. The company and personnel are professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

They advertise that they can find leaks in pipes, but they said they could help my client. They didn't have they equipment that they advertise that they have; needed camera to run through pipe to find leak.
