Josh and Jim arrived well before they were scheduled but called in advance to let me know they were on the way. They did not waste any time. Josh asked about the problem and actually listened carefully to my description of it. He snaked out the kitchen sink drain to the main drain and determined that that was all that was required. He replaced/repaired the pipes under the sink which I had loosened through vigorous plunging pressure. Josh recommended some additional fixes since he felt the existing configuration was not appropriate. However, he was not pushy about it nor was he trying to run up the bill. Josh did not have all the parts reqired to do this work so he will do it when they come back for the replacement of the main shut off valve described below. I had two problematic shut off valves in my basement. Jim tightened one and it fixed the problem. The other valve is the main shut off for the house and it is old and must be replaced. I had previously hired another plumber to fix this but he was unable to do so since the outside valve to my house could not be entirely shut off by the city. That plumber could not do soldering since there was a trickle of water that continued to flow after the city shut off the water. I told this to Jim and he explained that they could do this work despite this issue. I have now scheduled All County to do this work in coordination with my city.

They we very quick in inspecting the drainage line from the kitchen to the sewer exit pipe. They were only here for about a half hour total. To perform all the items listed above.

So I called in on 12/18/15 around 9AM with regards to a back-up in my basement drain, original estimate of $145($10 off coupon) to clear the drain. They were here with in an hour, and at first cleared the drain with a charge of $75. I have septic and well. Then we looked at the septic, and at first it appeared that I needed my septic pumped, which was just done in April 2015. Long story short, They left thinking my septic just needed pumped, and with in 10 minutes of leaving they called back and stated that they think that they knew what the issue was,. The original contact and 2 others came to figure it out, it was a clog between my 2 septic tanks, they were here 4 hours and had to be very creative to figure out the issue and got it fixed, charged another $200, however, $275 for all that the 3 of them did was a very good price. Will totally use this company again if needed, and would refer them to anyone I know. Great company, great customer service, and very knowledgeable team. If you ever need a fair, honest, and out of the box thinker for your plumbing issues this is the team you would not be disappointed with!!

It went very well. They showed up on time, finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up and put everything away.The crew was very respectful and nice. I would definitely recommend them.

Based upon the time they spent and the value for the work - I will certainly have them back for other work I need done later!

They gave us a quote and explained exactly what they would do. We schedule a day and time, they arrived on time and did an awesome job. You could hardly tell the grass had been dug up and they install the topsoil and smoothed out ready for grass seed. They did a better job then most landscapers. I highly, highly recommend them to everyone.

All County Drainage Contractors installed a pump in our pond and 190' of PVC drain line to a storm sewer to control flooding caused by local construction. Josh Weekley, Opertions Manager, promptly returned our call for an estimate. He and another very experienced associate made a site visit and pre-surveyed the job. They made several recommendations. We decided on his first version and scheduled the job. Josh and three other plumbers arrived on time and promptly got to work. All four knew what their tasks were and were competent. There was no yelling or foul language. Their trucks were clean and well maintained - no loud exhausts and no oil leaks. The trencher they used was well maintained and everyone knew how to operate it safely and efficiently. All the materials and the pump were heavy-duty and high quality. They had all the necessary materials and tools. All work was quickly performed in a professional manner. When tested, the new pump and drain worked perfectly! The job was completed in one day. At the end of the job, all debris was picked up and disposed of. We were very happy with Josh and his crew. They were very polite and hard working.

The crew was fast, responsible and punctual. Work was accomplished in one day because the crew was large enough and they had all their equipment including a BobCat. The worked around existing foliage, dug under sidewalks and cleaned up after themselves. Everything worked like a charm. These guys are professionals and very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the price.

They snaked the gutters and once they determined what the drainage problem was, proposed a solution to us. I thought their price was very fair. However, decided to do the job ourselves due to our own financial situation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and/or to hired them for additional scope should we need to in the future,

I had water backing up from the floor drain in the basement. All County had two guys out the same day. They worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job in less than an hour.

Found hairline crack in tile soap dish. Gave us advice how to fix ourselves. No charge for coming out. Will absolutely use again next time we have plumbing issues.

the crew used a trencher and hand digging to install thje drainpipes to the drainfield. They were careful to not damage the flower beds as asked. They didn't leave significant ruts in the lawn. They left the area as neat as could be expected when you have to dig up the yard.

These guys were AWESOME! I'll call them for all my plumbing/draining issues in the future.

They cleared the pipe in 20 minutes. One of them was outside listening to the snake going down. They did the work, and they didn't track a whole lot of dirt in, and everything was fine.

I called Mark at All County Drainage after seeing good reviews on Angie's List. I wasn't disappointed. He and his team came to our home, listened to the issues we were having with drainage in our back yard. He came up with a plan and within a matter of days was executing on it. It was a big job. Yet, when it was done, the yard didn't look like a disaster area. In fact, he made sure the improvements minimized the damage to the lawn and the aesthetics of the yard. It was nothing short of amazing. The guys were prompt, really courteous and worked really hard for two days. When they were done they meticulously cleaned up everything. After several rains I can now report that Mark's diagnosis and plan resolved the problem. I'm really happy with the work.

Their crew did a great job with the drainage system and window wells and clean up. I appreciated their detail to customer service and their follow up to make sure the job was done satisfactorily. Since the first experience went so well, I scheduled the second appointment in late September and was equally happy with that work and service.

After 3 failed attempts to contact the provider, we finally reached someone. They couldn't explain why they had ignored previous requests, but assured me that they would be out to assess the situation. They did show up, looked around for about 15 minutes and left. That was approximately 2 weeks ago and we still have not received an estimate. Very unprofessional.

They even took the time to talk about a couple other plumbing issues. I would definitely use them again in the future. The repairmen were very professional.

Great companyto do business with. From the person who answered the phone and scheduled the tech, to the actual guys who came out. Response time was excelent, the work was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our public sewer line was about to back up. They answered their phones before 8 am and got someone out that same day. They also called me when an earlier appointment became available. Highly recommended and will use again in the future.
