All County Drainage did a professional job for us and we are very happy with their work.

It went well overall, just a little cleanup on our part remained.

Excellent -- from the initial phone call to the conclusion of this transaction, I knew we were in good hands. We were told by another company that they would have to cut a hole in the wall to access the plugged pipe. All County Drainage had a different solution which didn't involve opening up the wall and was about 1/2 the price. They replaced a pipe and put in an access port which was used to snake out the obstruction. Also, installed laundry tub faucet and valves.

Called and someone was there in 20 minutes, fixed what needed to be fixed and out the door in one hour paid less than anticipated. Friendly, professional, quick & great price. Will have them come back to fix several other issues in the next few weeks!

Our water heater sprung a leak. I called All County and they came the next day, just as promised. They disconnected and removed the huge old water heater, installed the new one, and were packed up and gone in two hours. Very friendly and efficient and even paid attention to the dog. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the timeliness, called on Friday, and they were here on Monday. Had all the needed parts on their truck.

They showed up at the beginning of the time window I was given, the work was done very quickly, and the price was fantastic. I previously used a top competitor for the same work, they took hours longer and charged three times the price. This was a great experience.

Super fast response. Had someone out same day to assess the situation. Back the next morning to replace the hot water heater. Very pleased with service. I got a call from my renter stating there was water leaking from the hot water heater and it had flooded into the basement. Living out of state, I called the plumbing company I usually use but they couldn't get out there until the following day. I called All County Drainage and they were able to get someone out there within about an hour. Once there the guy on site called me and explained the situation. I was going to need a new hot water heater. They had a fixed price to remove the old hot water heater and install a new hot water heater. They use Rheem products from Home Depot. I called a couple of other companies and got the same price for the service so felt it was fair. They came back the following day and put in the new hot water heater. I expect the quality of service to be high and highly recommend them.

DRY BASEMENT!!!! I cannot believe how many thousands of dollars two well known Basement Waterproofing companies were going to charge me to fix the WALL! The wall was leaking because the DRAINAGE was not working. I can only wonder, after they replaced the wall, how long it would have been before the bad drainage destroyed THAT wall, too. $850 for a dry basement. Thank God the real problem was identified.

Perfect. Mark arrived and gave me a quote of $1850. He then arrived on the day he said he would and he and his men did a great job on installing all the drainage pipe and basin. I am very pleased with not only the work performed but the price was fair as well. I would highly recommend them again.

It went quickly. They were clean and considerate! The price wasn't too bad either.

Great. Called at 8:15 and they said they could be out between 9 and 9:30am. Arrived at 9:20 and cleared the block. They cleaned the floor and wall around the drain. Very professional. Will use again next time.

All County Drainage was great to work with. I called them early on a Monday morning after a weekend of laundry caused the drain in the basement to back up. They were able to fit us in that day and Josh successfully fixed the problem for a great price. They were very friendly and I plan on using them again if any other plumbing issues arise.

All County is awesome! They came out to replace an old sump pump and battery back up sump pump with a new sump pump and back up system run by water instead of a battery. They did excellent work and was able to get everything in place and running perfectly. Would use again for any type of drain problems for sure. Found out while they were here that they also do water heaters.

They cleaned the basement drain which had been draining too slowly. They removed several small objects our cat had knocked into the drain. It didn't take them long and it still works fine. They also recommended using a lint trap; I appreciate their advice.

Workers were very professional and did a great job with laying the pipes needed. Tunneling under the sidewalk seemed to be a challenge, but they handled it well and got the job done. All but one gutter seemed to do much better after they cleaned them out. Would use them again for laying drain pipes.

I did not use them this time. I did not click on Share because I do not wish to publish my address, only my city and state, but Angie's List did not give me that option. : (

Can't be happier. We had another company come in to give an estimate, and they were going to have to remove KEY landscaping outside the front of our home, and dig down on the OUTSIDE and basically rebuild the basement wall. The wall was not collapsing...just a BAD leak. Their estimate was thousands of dollars. It was my brother in Columbus who tipped me that the water squirting through the cement blocks in our basement could be a problem with drainage. We called All County Drainage, and they came out and PROPERLY diagnosed the problem. The drainage pipe was broken. The water was basically being routed off the roof and into the ground around our basement----the pressure forcing it into the house! All County Drainage placed a new drainage pipe from the corner of our house to the street. Great little machinery and good workers did it in a half day, and our basement quit leaking!!! YES! PRAISE GOD!!! We are back to having a dry basement. So, imagine if the other company had just rebuilt the wall? The water pressure would have destroyed it again. Very grateful for a proper diagnosis of the problem and for All County Drainage doing great work on our home.
