Description of Work: We were having problems with our hot water tank... which we had in the past. All County said our venting was wrong(no one else had ever mentioned that when we had repairs) so they did a minor change to the venting and the way a hose was run. The hot water tank quit working again 3 hours later. When I called them they referred me to the manufacturer who wanted me to have gas leak detectors and to do my own trouble shooting. They told me i needed probably had a gas leak and just needed a new hot water tank most likely. We ended up calling Blind and Sons - who came out and like other companies had in the past the tried cleaning the flame sensor and then replaced it and it is working fine again. The men from all county were very nice and very knowledgeable - I am just not sure why they didn't check the flame sensor??? That is what every other company has done when we had a problem before. They just said no it was a venting issue etc etc.

Description of Work: The toilet in my bathroom was backed up and they were able to successfully clear it for me. Their response time and service provided was excellent.
