All County Drainage Contractors

They helped us by explaining how we could try something cheap first. We filled in a large hole outside. They were so nice.

We noticed that our sump pump was running continuously, then discovered that water was not draining, but backing up not only into the sump crock, but was also flooding the north side of our yard. I phoned and left a message with the company that installed the drain. He came out and inspected the situation, and gave me an estimate. He also cut off the offending pipe at the house, and installed a scrap of pipe as a stop gap measure. I had also left messages with two other companies, and All County responded first. They were very professional. They filled the sump crock, then ran the sump to see where the problem was. They cut and replaced the offending length of pipe, and reattached the drainage pipe to the house. The work took about an hour, and they gave me an estimate on some future work I want to have done. All in all, I felt the work was excellent and the price was reasonable.

All County Drainage Contractors is my favorite plumber. Their prompt and friendly and do really good work. If I have an emergency he responds in a reasonable amount of time; he's easy to get a hold of. His prices are reasonable for what he does and I would use him in the future.

We called All County Drainage Contractors on the weekend and since it really was not an emergency they came out on the following Monday and took of the problem.

I did call the city and they did repair it for free, I just had to pay for the supplies. They were very honest to tell me this information, I had no idea so I would rate them very highly.

Company was quick to provide an estimate and was very timely in completing the work. Our backyard often had standing water after heavy storms. The drainage pipes have solved that problem. They were quick and thorough in their cleanup afterwards. The only reason thaI gave a B instead of A for quality was that they put the dirt that was removed for the pipes in an inconvenient spot and we had to move it afterwards. We would use this company again.

Called an made an appointment. They called before that date and said they had an emergency. They never called to reschedule. We called again and they promised to call the next week. Never heard from them again.

Overall, the experience went well. They were very responsive, punctual, and provided free estimates, which is exactly what I paid. He also honored the Angie's List coupon as well, which was a real savings. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

Honestly I was a little surprised that they didn't offer me any kind of price break since I had everything opened up and ready to go for them. Like I said they were literally in and out in about 15 minutes time. I would chalk this job up to a C-Fair, becuase I got what I expected. In my opinion they didn't do anything to to deserve a better score.

I haven't had the project done yet. They will only be able to do part of the project, and I want to use a company who can do the whole project (including landscaping). I also need my downspouts redirected and re-seeding the land after the work is completed.

The crew consisted of 4-5 guys and a trenching machine. They had a tight, 12-foot side yard to work in between our house and our neighbor's, but the crew managed to get in there and tie four downspouts from our garage and patio area, and a side-yard drain, to an existing 4" PVC line to the street that they had laid earlier this spring. They dug up and replaced several hosta plants, as well as a ton of collapsed flexible plastic pipe and some old clay drainpipe, to lay all the new underground lines, and overall did a very clean job, leaving the patio area ready for our mason to come in and do brick/block work.

We hired All County because of its excellent rating on Angie's List, and because of the rvery easonable quote they provided. The job consisted of digging up four old flexible plastic drain pipes coming off our front downspouts that were underneath my wife's flower beds, replacing the old pipe with rigid PVC, then tying it into two new 40-foot PVC drain lines (set up so that two downspouts drain into each line) and running those pipes to the street. While removing the junky pipe and digging trenches for the new drains, the crew found that water had been getting into our foundation from where the old piping had collapsed, and they filled in a big hole in a flower bed and repositioned a bush -- without adding to the bill.

Responded within a few days of my call - the quoted price was right on. The work was completed quickly and done to complete satisfaction. Would use this company again.

Very well, this is just a problem we will have with tree roots every couple of years. Our other times we used All County was not for this problem.

My sump pump quit working and I had water all over my basement, including a finished area. I called and he had replaced the pump at the quoted price within a day, and worked with my schedule. He was quick and professional. I am planning on using this company again to do additional work.

I received a callback within 2 minutes (not kidding) to confirm they would be here between a certain time. They were hear during that time. The 2 gentlemen that were here did excellent work. They were courteous, neat (they cleaned up afterwards) and professional. The estimate/price was alot less than I expected. I would definitely call upon this company again & would have no problem referring this company. This company is rated an "A" with the Better Business Bureau (although they are not a member).

We had several estimates and they gave us a good estimates. They were able to start right away. We had questions and they were able to work with our ideas. The cost was a little higher and that was because of our modifications. The work that they did solved our drainage problems.

I have used All County Drain for years. They are always prompt, courteous and efficient. I think their prices are fair.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROMPTNESS AND COURTESY OF THE WORKER AS WELL AS THE GOOD WORK HE DID CLEANING THE GUTTERS. WE ARE CERTAINLY PLANNING TO CALL THE SAME COMPANY FOR THIS SERVICE NEXT YEAR OR AS NEEDED.

I HAD ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY BID ON THE JOB AND ALL COUNTY WAS A LOT LOWER. SOME DIFFICULTIES WERE ENCOUNTERED ON THE JOB THAT REQUIRED THEM TO ADD A NEW STACK. THEY HAD TO RESET THE TOILET, BECAUSE IT HAD NOT BEEN SET PROPERLY BY THE PERSON WHO INSTALLED IT THE FIRST TIME. EVEN WITH THE INCREASE IN PRICE OF $400, THE COST WAS STILL LESS THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES BID. THE WORK DONE WAS VERY GOOD.
