They did beautifully. They pretty much redid the whole thing. They showed me what was wrong and fixed it. They were very informative and kept me up to speed as to what they were doing and explained what they were doing. He was very friendly. The cost for snaking the drain was maybe around $100.

Guys were friendly and very helpful. Fixed what I thought was going to be a nightmare sewer line clog very quickly and gave tips to prevent roots from clogging it again. Would definitely use them again. Also arrived on time. When they give you a 2-4 window I figured I would be waiting around for 2 hrs. They were here right at 2. That's a big plus

Him and his son (family business) came out during the allotted time period they had said. 1 hour window. Quoted running about 50 feet of drainage pipe to connect to the main discharge. Fairly easy job. I would have used them, but their quote was 10% higher than the other I got. They were very nice, polite and easy to talk/work with. No quams or issues at all. Hope to use them down the road, if needed.

My sewer line backed up into my basement bathroom leaving quite the mess. After calling two other plumbing companies I had used in the past and were told they could not come out until Sat, I contacted All County. They were out in 1 hour, snaked my sewer line, removed the clog, accessed the damage and cleaned up the mess. They even recommended a restoration company to clean up the sewage in my basement. Very professional - I would highly recommend.

I wasn’t there when they actually performed the work. I assume that they cleared the drain out, but I can't say that they did. They had a signed contract in the first week of October. I had to call them every week to find out when they were going to show up to perform the service. They would always give me excuses as to what went wrong or what happened or why they couldn’t be there that week. Then I went out of town in the end of October, and they called me and said that they were here. They told me that the work is done and asked me if I wanted to come and look at it. I said no, because they never told me that they were coming that day. I was on the west coast and the work that they were performing was in Ohio. There was no way that I could come and inspect their work. Then they wanted payment made that day. I told them they are not getting payment either. They tried to tell me that it was part of their contract that they get paid the day they perform the work. I said that was fine, but nobody even told me that they were coming to do the work. I told them that I had to call them every week to find out when they were coming, and that they could never tell me even an approximate day or time. I told them that they could bill me and that I will pay the bill once I get it in the mail. I told them that I'm not going to pay them over the phone. I also told them that I was not going to pay them until I see what work they have done. When I was calling every week, sometimes the girl would give me an attitude. I would never use them again in the future.

The employees arrived on time and went right to work unclogging the drain that had been backing up into my daughters basement for a few months. A different company had charged them more then 500.00 dollars and did nothing. My daughters husband is now trying to get the money back. This company was a life saver. Thanks so much!

Contractor caaled before arrival and was on time. He used water jet to snake lines per my request. After flushing from the house, he also back flushed. Then, he did it from the house again. He did an excellent job.

When my renters called in a panic with a clogged laundry floor drain, I immediately checked Angie's list and found All County Drain with a lot of positive references. When I called them with my problem and location, they said they would be out within the hour and they were! Josh checked all drains and explained to the renters what was going on and fixed the problem satisfactorily. He explained to me that there was a 90-day guarantee and to call if any problems arose. I was very happy with my experience with them. I also really appreciated the senior discount.

Came to our rental house to snake clogged kitchen drain. Came out the next day and took care of the issue quickly. Cost was very fair compared to other companies called in the area. Will absolutely use again since I believe the toilet is now clogged as well.

So far it is great. They are fair and didn't immediately offer the most extreme option, instead, they said "let's try this first to see if problem is solved". I appreciate their honesty. Regina in the office is on top of the schedule and very responsive. On the day of the service they arrived on time and stayed very late until the job was complete.

Unbeknown to me, when the city of Akron, Oh did some road construction the covered up 75% of the storm drain opening and there was a back flow of dirt and sand that blocked the storm drain causing all kinds of water problems especially during heavy rains. The providers cleaned out all this sludge which was blocking the drainage. The workers were very professional, the cost was reasonable, and their advice was well taken. I have called the city of Akron and an inspector is supposed to make a visit.

It turned out very well. They were good. I was very satisfied. They were very prompt. I would recommend them.

I know I posted a review yesterday but I needed to update the review today. Josh and Mark returned today to repair my kitchen faucet and my bath/shower faucet. They were still unable to get the faucets apart. Josh called the manufacturer. The manufacturer is sending new parts after talking with Josh. What a wonderful person to call and get parts for me for free!

Two men arrived a little late. They apologized saying they have been very busy. I do not consider this a serious problem. The younger man quickly removed the old disposal and replaced it with the new one. He was very polite, cleaned up after himself, noticed my kitchen sink faucet was leaking and tried to fix it but was unable to loosen the screw. I live in a area with high calcium in the water. We sprayed it, will let it sit overnight and he will call me tomorrow afternoon to check on my availability for him to make the repair. He also told me that I may be able to get the part for my tub faucet for free from the manufacturer which would save me about $25. Very nice of him to tell me. I will definitely use this company again!

I have a tree that likes to choke my out sewage line, I have to clean the trap at least once a year. Last time I needed this done, I was taken to the cleaners by the plumbing service. I called All county on sunday they set me up for next day at the hour of my choosing. The gentlemen were very polite and did an amazing job. I highly rate All County, and will use them for future plumbing services.

I called first thing this morning regarding a back-up when running the laundry machine. They were able to come out the same day and were on time. They immediately diagnosed the problem correctly as a sewer line problem. It was quite a mess of tree roots but they were able to get the drain cleared. They cleaned up when done and offered long-term and short-term plans for keeping the sewer line cleared in the future with the large tree in our yard. The price was very reasonable and they answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend them and will do business with them again in the future.

Our kitchen drain got stopped up in the p.m. hours of the night, and any measures we attempted did not solve the problem. Between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. the following morning, we called 3 different providers. All County Drainage was the one where a person responded to our call right away (not a "we'll call back" recording, as was with other providers). They were very fast and professional in scheduling the repair visit--they scheduled it for the same day, for 11 a.m.! So virtually less than three hours after our initial call to them, our drain was cleaned up and working! We are happy to have our kitchen sink back. Excellent team (two people came out to do our job)--fast, professional, and friendly. And they accepted the Angies List coupon :).Thank you, All County Drainage!
