Mr. Dugger came when he had promised to, and repaired 2 garage doors for us. He stayed right on his estimate, and even called us later in the day to see what we thought of the work and if there were any problems. A very good experience with this company. When I have new doors put on in a few years, I'll call Akron Garage Door! Rob was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.

For over a year we have had problems with the door not running properly in the track and coming off track. It got so we had to disconnect the automatic opener because it did not have enough force to get the door up and down. Because we kept forcing it, parts became twisted and bolts eventually came out and the door was falling apart - literally. I called late Saturday and they said they could have someone here Monday afternoon. Unfortunately due to a dental appointment, that did not work, but they had someone here before 8am Tuesday. He was extremely polite and was able to quickly explain what was needed - not a new door, but just a few small repairs! He got it done very quickly and it looks and works like a brand new door. I am THRILLED. He said he could not believe I had been lifting that huge heavy thing. It cost WAY less than a new door.

Called on Friday morning and scheduled an appointment for Saturday am. Arrived on time and the work was performed fast and efficient. Very knowledgeable and professional. Price was extremely reasonable, especially for Saturday work. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, reasonable and professional repairs.

We called Wednesday afternoon for an appointment to replace our double broken springs. They said they could come out that evening or the following morning. We chose for them to come on Thursday morning in the 9:00am - 12:00pm slot. We received a call at 9:15am on Thursday morning, letting us know that he would be here in fifteen minutes. He arrived promptly at 9:30am. Work was performed and completed in under an hour by a very professional and courteous service man. We were vey pleased with the work done and would definitely call them again if needed.

Our garage door would not close due to sagging in the middle sections of the door panels. After reading reports on Angie's List and calling several companies, we chose Akron Garage Door. He came out early within the appointment time range, identified the problem quickly, and made the repairs within 40-45 minutes. He did note that these repairs are not a permanent fix, and given the age/quality of the door, we plan to buy a new automatic garage door within a year or so.

We contacted them Sunday evening because of a broken garage door chain and they called back immediately. They came out on Monday and fixed chain and gave us an estimate on a new door since we were planning to buy one this summer. We were pleased with estimate . They ordered and installed door by Thursday. Fastest service we have ever had. Would definitely recommend to others.

He was prompt, courteous, finished the work in a short period of time and didn't make a mess. The garage door opener is 20+ years old. He did not try to talk me into a new opener, just identified the work that needed to be done and fixed it.

My garage door had stopped working completely.(Previously it had been very noisy when opening and closing). Both cables had snapped. I called this morning and they came out and had it fixed before noon. They replaced the springs, hooked everything up and lubricated the door and operator. It is quiet and works perfectly.

We called the company to schedule a time for them to come out and fix our Garage Door. We were told that they could be out that afternoon between Noon and 5 p.m. They arrived around 2 p.m and within 5 minutes of a call back. They went right to work and repaired the door. The project took about one hour to complete. They were friendly, answered questions and knew what they were doing.

One of the springs broke over the weekend; the door would go up but would slam on the way down. I called on Monday morning and they were able to come out later that day, giving me a time window of 4 p.m - 6 p.m, so that I wouldn't have to leave work too early. Bob showed up just after 4 p.m, took a look at the problem, recommended that both springs be replaced and gave me a verbal estimate. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The final bill was identical to the estimate. I was very happy with the work.

Company was able to schedule a job for the morning after my call. Rob Dugger performed the work. He arrived about a half hour later than promised. He was personable, explained what needed to be done, did a workmanlike job, and cleaned up afterwards.

Called for service. Appointment scheduled within a week. Determined eye beams need replacement. Ordered parts and two weeks later the job was completed.

Our garage door had been making an unbelievably loud noise when opening and closing, and finally stopped opening the whole way. I called Akron Garage Door, who offered to come out that same afternoon. Robert knew immediately what had to be done, and finished in very little time. The door opened and closed almost silently after he was finished. I'm sure my neighbors are glad I called him! He was very pleasant, and did a great job.

The first time they came out, the garage door was not working. When he came out the second time, he did a good job, and everything works fine now.

Your phone call is always answered immediately. John has come either the day we called or the next. He always explains the problem and what he is doing to fix it. While he is here he always checks on other things to be sure the doors are in good working order. He always stresses to call back right away if there is still a problem. There never is.

They were out the same day we called, and did a great job. They were friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

THEY ANSWERED MY CALL (NO MACHINE) AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE VERY NEXT DAY. THEY ALSO CALLED SHORTLY BEFORE ARRIVING TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THE WAY. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY BY VERY POLITE WORKMEN. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND WHAT HE HAD DONE.

ESTIMATE WAS DONE BY A SUBSTITUTE REPRESENTATIVE. THREE PHONE CALLS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM DATE AND TIME OF INSTALLATION. IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT THE DELAY AND LACK OF RESPONSE WAS DUE TO OWNER GOING OUT OF TOWN ON FAMILY EMERGENCY. INSTALLER AND SUPERVISOR ARRIVED ON TIME. ACTUAL INSTALLATION COMPLETED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. INSTALLER WAS NEAT, POLITE AND CLEANED AREA AFTER INSTALLATION.

CALLED ONE DAY. ESTIMATE GIVEN THE NEXT DAY. INSTALLED WITHIN TWO WEEKS. LEFT AREA CLEANER THAN WAS BEFORE JOB WAS DONE.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN COMING OUT AND VERY EFFICIENT, EVEN OFFERING TO COME OUT THE NIGHT OF THE PROBLEM. IT WAS AN AFFORDABLE REPAIR AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
