Description of Work: I came home to find my garage door would not close. I never had a garage before and didn't realize how the sensors worked. I called them at 6:30 that night, thinking I would get a machine. A lady answered and told me to check to see if the sensor was blinking. Sure enough it was dirty or out of alignment. They could have easily ripped me off by sending someone out and collected the service call fee for 1 minute of work. They have earned my business the next time I have a REAL problem.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH REPLACING OUR GARAGE DOOR IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING. WHEN OUR NUMERICAL OPENER ON THE SIDE OF THE GARAGE WOULD NOT WORK, THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY, SHOWED US HOW TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE 9 VOLT BATTERY WITHOUT ANY CHARGE TO US. THEY WERE GREAT.
Description of Work: PURCHASED GARAGE DOOR FOR DOUBLE GARAGE. NOT INSULATED AS GARAGE IS DETACHED. OLD GARAGE DOOR WAS REMOVED AND DISCARDED ALSO.

 + -1 moreROB ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR AFTER WE CALLED. HIS WORK WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT; HIS MANNER WAS PLEASANT, AND HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE. ON COMPLETING THE JOB, HE REMOVED ALL DEBRIS AND LEFT THE AREA CLEAN. AFTER SEEING AND EVALUATING HIS WORK, I WOULDN'T THINK OF CALLING OR RECOMMENDING ANYONE ELSE TO CORRECT A GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM OF ANY KIND.
Description of Work: ONE OF THE LARGE OLD SPRINGS ON THE LIFT FOR OUR 16X7-FOOT GARAGE DOOR WAS BROKEN. ROB REPLACED BOTH SPRINGS WITH NEW ONES. HE ALSO REMOVED THE OLD RUBBER SEAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ONE.
