A Tri County Lock did an awesome job! I needed lots of locks changed and a few dead bolt holes re-adjusted. He was very informative and worked quickly and efficiently. Came out the same day I called. Even though Jay was in the hospital, his employees did an exceptional job keeping his appointments. Fred arrived on time and performed all the work quickly and professionally. I hope Jay is better.

House broken into and house keys stolen. It happened over a weekend and we were in a bit of a panic to have the locks changed. After trying to reach two local locksmiths, one bailed, the other one's voice mailbox was full, I searched the Yellow Pages again and decided to call A-Tri-County Lock. Jay said he would be out a.s.a.p. and called along the way to keep us updated. He arrived, re-keyed seven locks in about an hour. All I can say is he is our angel, he rescued us when we were in a horrible situation and helped us to sleep at night when the others apparently didn't want our business.

We got a very accurate estimate over the phone which matched the final cost. I love that. They were professional and quick to respond; same day service on two locks and six keys. There was a small additional cost because the technician noticed the strike plate was missing and the wood frame was damaged. He fixed it and even vacuumed up the debris! Ron came out for the job and he was a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend A-Tri-County Lock.

In the morning I called Tri-County Lock to get a general estimate for repairs needed. Jay told me his rates. He came that evening. In 45 minutes he showed me the broken parts on two different locks, and explained the problem with the broken dead bolt. I decided to have both dead bolts replaced, and had both locks replaced. When Jay was working on the" Man-Door" he noticed difficulty shutting the door. He told me he could fix this problem by using longer screws. He re-hung the door, and the problem was solved. My house is 13 years old. Jay was on time, polite, and knew what he was doing. He had all the parts and tools he needed. He did NOT have to make a trip to the hardware store. There was NO mess to clean up. This couldn't have gone better. I was very pleased to get someone the same day. It was a pleasure to do business with A-Tri-County Lock!!!

I found this company on Angie's List. Even though I did not schedule the service through Angie's List, they still honored the coupon. Excellent same day service. I would recommend them highly!

Well....I accidentally locked myself out of my house last evening around 8:30. I used my neighbors phone to call a locksmith. I was hesitant on who to call b/c I didn't have access to Angie's List. Thankfully, the Locksmith God was with me and my choice could not have been better. Ronnie arrived around 10:00. He did a GREAT job!!! I was soon back in my house with my cat on my lap. =^..^=

Answered phone and was able to complete full service on the same day! Ronnie was our technician and he was very helpful, explained our options, quick to work, and left a quality product. He replaced two deadbolt locks which required fixing both the door and the door jamb. He replaced a door lock which also required fixing the existing door and hardware. He had a skeleton key that worked for all the old doors in our house and worked the deadbolt on the door between the garage and home. He worked for about an hour and was really so nice, friendly, and helpful. The quality of his work was excellent!

Very professional and were able to fix the issue VERY quickly. Was in and out in 15-20 minutes but made sure to spend the time letting us know how to troubleshoot in the future which I appreciated to reduce the need for help later.

I called Jay Cheyfitz and he very thoroughly informed me of all of my options to either re-key or change my locks. He gave me alternatives and the least costly option due to my circumstance. They arrived on time and fixed the door lock in short time and they checked my other doors to be sure they had dead bolts and locks and that the doors were still fastened to the door frame.

The two locksmiths arrived ASAP, around 6 pm. They completed the repair in about one hour. Make sure everything was working and cleaned before they left. Great service.

Called jay on Thursday to state my issue. He stated that he was very busy till late evening. I told him no problem I was on vacation and that the door was till usable. Jay showed up next day fixed the latched on the front door and made sure the deadbolt latch with no issue was in and out of my house within 25 minutes great service.

Called the service on Sunday afternoon concerning a lost, potentially stolen, key. Arrived Sunday evening, re-keyed all outside locks. Gave excellent advice about getting coded key box for security. Tightened hinges on doors. Prompt, polite, very helpful. Slept secure that night.

They took a few hours to call me to let me know when they were able to come out, but they showed up the same day I contacted them, and did a great job rekeying two locks and replacing a third. They checked all my doors to make sure they were handing correctly and even adjust one so it would close better.

The gentlemen were prompt, pleasant, knew what they were doing and very carefully cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company without hesitation and will definitely call on them again in the future if needing the services they provide.

It went better than expected. He did a great job even tho it was later in the evening and he was tired. He knew our front door was unable to close and lock and made us safe again. He was very friendly and professional. Knew his business and made some adjustments we did not know needed done only because the door is over 40 years old and we just got used to it. Now it works like a brand new door again. He had some great suggestions for now and for future. We will call again. For one thing to have one key fit all door locks. So simple rather than marking which key is for which door!!! Found them thru Angie's List and are very great full.

I can't say enough great things about Jay's service. I called him on a Sunday morning in a panic because the house we have for sale was broken into and I needed to secure the home ASAP. To make matters worse we live out of state. He came over THAT DAY and completed the work and then dropped off new keys to our realtor directly and was in touch with me the whole time. FAST, RESPONSIVE... I wish I could rate him higher than an "A".

Jay was very professional and answered phone every time I called. Punctual and arrived when we discussed. Made recommendation on ways to better protect the house and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend and use again definitely.
