Description of Work: I contacted them to price out one lock repair, and potentially nine locks to be re-keyed. With MY budget in mind, Jay ended up fixing the one lock, and only needed to re-key a total of four locks. Although I didn't take him up on it, he offered to come out late the same day I contacted him. Quality service, easy to work with.

Description of Work: The provider let me know that they would not arrive until after 8 pm. The work was done within an hour and when I told them I belonged to Angie's List, they gave me an additional discount. The story doesn't end here. About two weeks later, my husband and I were locked out of our house because the lock was not working. I called the provider and he was unable to get to my house until late in the day. He arranged to send one of his employees to our home to fix the lock. Once the employee got started, we were back in the house in about and hour and a half. Best part? The provider did not charge us for the second house call. That what I call customer service. Thank you Angie's List.

+ -1 moreI fixed the door before they got here. Within 15 min after calling them initially I told them they did not need to come. He charged me a $50 cancellation fee for that. I was not made aware when I initially gave him a credit card that he would charge a cancellation fee. He told me he would be there in an hour when I initially called as well.
