They responded within 5 minutes of my asking to be contacted on Angie. He had me send photos of the storm damage and gave a rough estimate over the phone. He had a team out to start the repair that afternoon. The job came in under his estimate. They were very careful around all of the landscaping during the job. Caleb was very friendly and professional. I will definitely us them again.

Excellent work! When we called about the job they came by (no charge) for a detailed walk-through and gave us some helpful suggestions. The job was then scheduled and they arrived on that day promptly at the appointment time and performed the work as planned. The materials they used (thermostats, lights, and receptacles) were all excellent quality and so was the work. They left the two work areas spotless and gave us a review of the new thermostats and the new switch circuits for the lights. This is the fourth or fifth time we've had C&R Precision do our electrical work; they are our go-to folks for everything electrical. The work is top-quality, the price very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Caleb was pleasant, professional, and punctual. He responds quickly- we were able to text to set appointments- which was a big help. The installers performed the service upgrade and panel replacement efficiently and completed within the estimated time. I am very pleased with the final result and would recommend Caleb for anyone considering electrical work.

Caleb was excellent in both scheduling and follow up. The technician he sent was professional, kind, polite and overall pleasure to work with. House has very old wiring and Ryan handled the problem quickly, listened to my concerns and took care of the problem with complete explanation. Would definitely hire again!

Caleb came out to give me an estimate the same day I called him. He spent over 3 hours going over all the violations in my dad's home. His estimate was competitive and fair. Once we chose him to do the job, he started the next day, completing the job in 2 days. He also contacted the inspector to clarify violations on the POS. He handled all of my requests in a prompt, professional manner. My father and I both enjoyed working with him.

C&R Precision Electric did an outstanding job on replacing our three older fluorescent ceiling fixtures (two of which did not work) with modern energy-efficient LED fixtures. They also checked the circuits for proper voltage, etc. while doing so. The service was prompt, the work professional, and the materials they used were excellent. This is the second time we have used C&R; the first was for a major remodel and addition to our house three years ago when they were the electrical subcontractor. Outstanding work, excellent prices, they epitomize "professional."

Caleb was very punctual and personable. He stuck to his original quote, showed up on time, and did a great job on our project. He was at our house on 3 separate occasions (quote then 2 part job) and each time he was very friendly. Outstanding service from the estimate to the completed job. Hired C&R Electric thru the special offers e-mail from Angie's List. Made an appointment for an estimate and the owner showed up on time and said the offer would apply to my job. We agreed on a start date and two electricians showed up on time and performed the work in the agreed upon time frame. The workers were very courteous and asked me about the placement of the outlets.

Caleb ( the owner ) and his crew installed all the electrical in my new home. They did a fantastic job to say the least. I would definitely use him again. Out of all the contractors we chose for a complete new home build, C/R was one of the best crews.

It went perfectly. Caleb was able to provide an estimate based on my description over the phone, and was able to schedule the work (which wasn't an emergency) to within two days of my call (they happened to have a free timeslot that worked with my schedule that soon). Richard, the electrician who arrived on time to do the work, was very friendly and professional. He was able to get the work done in less time than they originally anticipated, and that translated into a discount to the already agreed upon price for me, which I wouldn't have expected, but did appreciate. The work was done well and Richard took the time to walk me through the finished installation without my even asking. Overall, great work, done quickly, on short notice, by friendly people, for a great price.

I initially reached out to Caleb and we discussed the work on the phone. I was a little surprised when he had me estimate the distance between our electrical box in the basement and our kitchen sink (for the garabage disposal). But I did and texted him some pictures and he immediately provided an estimate. I did have to follow-up once or twice to get the work scheduled, but we eventually got something on the calendar. About 12 hours before the scheduled work, I realized I had an obligation at work that I couldn't miss and told Caleb. He was not happy and perhaps a little unprofessional about it; but he did agree to send someone out the next day. Caleb's associate Rich did show up at 7:40AM (about 20 minutes early), so I had to rouse myself out of bed slightly earlier than expected. But from then on things were great. Rich asked the necessary questions and worked very quickly. He expressed concerns about the plaster coming out during the ceiling fan replacement; but he was pleased to show me that he did the replacement without any issues. When it came time to settle up, I was very happy to pay the original estimate price that Caleb gave me over the phone (I had been concerned the price might go up, since he did not come on site for the estimate). I wouldn't give them an A for customer service--but they did great work for a reasonable price. So I would totally hire them again.

Called twice within a span of 5 days. Never got a call back.

Evaluation went smoothly identifying areas that needed attention. Estimate to complete repairs/upgrades was the most expensive received for many minor repairs.

When initial phone call was made I received a return phone call in less than 24 hours from Caleb, one of the owners. Rich, the othrr owner of the business was available to complete the repairs on the date of my choice. Prior to the date of appointment i took photos of needed repairs. Caleb was able to provide me with an estimate before Rich came out. Which was $515. Rich was extremely neat, professional and friendly. The job was completed without any complications. The price was exactly as Caleb stated, minus the 5% Angie's List discount. It's so hard to find good repairman in all fields of service. C&R Precision Electric is a winner!
